In initial days loss used to impact me soo much, Now i am slowly learning loss is also a part of trading no one can avoid it, But now i am trying to learn the mistakes from loss trade you should treat loss trade as a fee to learn which no pais course can teach you. One thing that no one can avoid is loss but you can definately limit your loss per trade/day. Immediately put stop loss as soon as you enter in a trade and never modify or remove stop loss ,Trust me as sir explained it will help you a lot bcz risk reward is everything in trading. Overall i am not in profit right now ,but learnt from my mistakes and trying not to give more losses to market, i believe profit will come some day. I always used to trade i Equity short term trades(not F&O) like buy the trade hold it until it makes some profit, if it falls avg the CP, then exit out with profit.... I never used to get loss, but i make profits slowly. . Around 12% per annum....
