Great job. If I didn’t know better I’d think you talked to my buddy who just went through this after hiring the low cost provider from that country - 5 letters, starts with an I - great to work with - until the contract was signed; took the senior people and those with decent English off the project and replaced them with rookies; couldn’t/wouldn’t follow directions. Tried to take an app for another client and make minimal changes to get him to accept. He wasted so much of his time managing them he could have used that time (and money that his time is worth) to hire someone more expensive but more professional.
