Hey I have a really cool mid-evil type lamppost :) Pretty much, you use one of the blackstone walls, and go up 4 blocks, then you wanna take a blackstone block on top, as the fifth block. You can also just put another blackstone wall on top. Then take the same blackstone wall and go 1 on all four sides. Then you put a chain going down on each of the blackstone walls. Then, you take a lantern and hang it on the chains. Then, if you want, put a lantern on top. It sounds complicated, but it actually is quite simple, and I think it looks great :)

Not always depending on the material being burned you can manipulate the color of the flame blue fire doesn’t equal a hotter flame. You also can get green purple yellow and even pink brown black or white. New knowledge everyday.

I love how eystreem tells you the certain amount of items you need. Example Eystreem[so for this build you'll need 2 Blackstone slabs 4 chisel polished Blackstone 2 soul campfire a lava bucket 5 basalt 1 block of netherite 3 polished Blackstone stairs a grindstone 2 chains 1 crimson trap door 1 anvil 1 name tag and finally a villager] and he even grabs that many items to remember it. I have an improvement for build 5: you break the 3 top blocks of the chimmey, then place a campfire at the bottom of the gap. This makes it like smoke is really coming out of the chimney.

You can see the armor stands head for the tip of the sword poking out so I recommend just using polished black stone block instead. Or just put the left Block or stair into your wall.

I love the light, I might add them to my work in progress nether village that I'm building. These builds are really going to add to all my builds. Thanks Jordan! Also, when you make a lantern hang on chains, with the lantern at the bottom, it attaches, BC at the bottom of the chain is the top half of one loop, and at the top of a lantern is the bottom half of a loop. It probably sounds confusing, but just try it in Minecraft. Place a chain hanging from somewhere, and then put a lantern at the bottom. Soul lanterns work too. Hope this is helpful!

Answer to question at 19:05. If a soul campfire can cook food then does that not make it hot? It could be cold or hot when you stand on it in game but since it cooks food it would be hot. it Cooks you like your chicken there's blue fire in real life and it's from the nether which means it's going to be extremely hotter blue fire is actually hotter than red fire the different color is different levels of heat blue is actually a lot hotter than the red fire in order to get blue fire in real life you have to heat up a red fire until it turns blue in the nether it gets just happens
