Steady Craftin videos are made with the help of DIRECT SUPPORT: www.patreon.com/steadycraftin (You'll also get access to the printable 3D scans of my original sculpted figures, MP3s, exclusive behind-the-scenes videos, shop discounts, and more.) My family and I are so grateful that I get to do this.
I've been watching both you and Crafsman for some time, and my favorite part from both of you is sharing when things go wrong/why/what might work better. That makes any subject a lot less intimidating and more approachable, it's way more real than only getting the shiny end of a polished process that happened to go right after 3 failed takes.
You deserve it Robert!, I know your channel is one of those rare gems out there in the world of casting etc. that deserves much more attention and internet love. I got into casting and sculpting just as COVID hit and I can say that hands down I've learned the most from you. It would have helped me avoid a lot of early mistakes in my craft and in my equipment purchases early on if I had watch your channel earlier on. Thanks for all the great things you've taught us!
Well I wasn't expecting that. Crafsman thank you. It's hard to type as I'm still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor. 😳😁 P. S. Your welcome anytime for ice tea.
@@RobertTolone Thank you Robert, I've been toying with the idea of moulding and casting and just started going through your playlists. Fantastic videos man, I'll be casting in no time.
I love when artists support other artists. When I started my sculpting channel, a lot of my fellow artists showed me support and it makes for a better community.
Well, you've been a better source of suggestions than YT has... You sent me T-Nu's way, and that was a winner, and while it escapes me at the moment, you've suggested someone else's channel that I remember being glad you did, so you've got that going for you, which is nice. Looks like I've got some channels to go dig into. Thanks for the heads up, and enjoy your week.
I love that Crafsman actively tries to grow the crafting/maker community as a whole. I've found some really great content that's been helpful in my own scratch build experiments through you that the algorithm would have never shown me otherwise.
Robert Tolone 1000%. He’s a master of his craft. I never went near cut molds before his channel. But he really shows EVERYTHING in detail and explains it all so anyone can understand. I’ll definitely be checking out the others, I’m a little sad because I modeled the tiny walking robot from the ‘70s to be made jumbo sized, but Dustincropsboy already did it… 😭😭😭. I’m always too late to the party!
Everytime I see that CrafsMan has uploaded a new video, I know it means I'll smile at least once that day. You add so much joy to so many people's lives. You are the best.
I 'm with you, Crafsman. Robert Tolone's channel has made my mold making better, and am definitely subscribing to DustinCropsBoy. Thanks for letting us know.
Thanks so much for sharing! I have been following Andy from the start and I agree, his accent is the best! 😀 There were a few new builders that I haven't seen before so I have added them to my list! Thanks again.
Big ups to Crafsman for making this video. Sharing the love etc. Funnily enough I found out about SteadyCraftin in a similar video a couple of years ago (and I'm still here) so they really do work :D
Definitely a fan of Robert Tolone! He does something that also drew me to your channel: he shows the mistakes as they happen! Figuring out what went wrong and how to do better next time is valuable information to share.
Thanks for the recommendations Crafsman! Robert Tolone’s first viewer project video was my “Pug Mug” sculpt that I personally couldn’t figure out how to cast. He was extremely thorough and helpful. I generally go the ‘glove-mold” route with my castings because I hate seam lines. I recently viewed the video again when I had to redo my PugMug figure after the original silicone deteriorated after numerous concrete castings. I’l definitely check out the other artist recommendations. Thanks for all you do for us out here. -Dave S.
I'm a huge fan of Robert, he is an exceptional craftsman, artist, and teacher. Thanks for giving him a shout-out. I find when exceptional channels like yours give recomendations I get better subscription suggestions than I would get from RU-vid.
Been watching Bill Making Stuff for quite some time, it's one of my favorite channels now. Bill is just soooo talented, he makes all the music and visuals for his videos, he draws really well and his projects always turn out cool.
I love the Maker Monster, my son and I watch all his videos together, plus he is a super sweet guy and nice to talk to. I recently found Robert's videos and was an instant hook. I love all the molding and casting and will be picking up some wax sticks and Bees Wax, because apparently it fixes all problems! 🐝
I love when creators share their favorite creators, it helps me find channels I might have never discovered otherwise. Sometimes I find a new hobby I want to try out or just someone interesting to watch and enjoy. Thanks Crafsman.
Endless thanks for introducing us to some more great channels, CrafsMan! These folks are as different as can be, but they all share the love of craftin'. #Crafsnation
Thanks for your generous sharing of these talented creators, I have only recently found Robert Tolone and he is absolutely brilliant, could watch his videos for hours on end 👍
Thank you crafsman for making my day, and my daughters day so much more full of joy and peace. So many videos Scream to be noticed, but my kiddo absolutely loves these calm videos. I can't thank you enough, your content makes me feel better, I can't say that for much.
Thank you! I love this community! I actually found out about you recently through Bill making stuff, and got turned on to this whole hobby from Andy Mecha. I am so pleased to have a few more channels to check out! I love you guys! I am so inspired! One day I hope to have you guys watching my videos.
I was actually so excited to see Robert's channel on this list! I have been watching him for some time while waiting for new craftsman videos. He definitely deserves more subs for his knowledge charm and humour. Thanks so much for featuring all.these amazing channels!!
Thank you for a quick easy 5 channels to subscribe to. I did subscribe to Bill Making Stuff the first time you recommended him. Thank you for supporting your community as well.
The CrafsMan and Robert Tolone are my two favorite RU-vidrs. I accidentally stumbled upon Robert's channel about two years ago. I had never considered making silicone molds at that time, but now I'm obsessed. I use custom molds to make entirely unique embeds for my handcrafted cold-process soap. I'm excited to see you giving Robert some love.
Thank you for the recommendations. I love you because you're so funny, but at the same time so wholesome. I will definitely check out the Maker Monster because computing, micro-controllers, and music are things I'm very much into.
I'll have to check some of these out. I was recently recommended your channel by a friend and I love everything so far. I also like Skill Tree. He covers a wide range, is a very good teacher, and is very nice. His videos are a little more high-energy, so not quite so soothing.
I will check out these RU-vid channels. I am already subscribed to Andy Macca and Bill Making Stuff, both are excellent channels. Thanks for pointing out these others.
Oh wow!! These all look amazing but I’m especially excited about Dustincrops Boy because we are from the same generation, and omggg The Maker Monster looks awesome lol. I’m excited about all of these! Thank you Crafsman!! You will be blessed for using your blessings to bless others lol blessed man steady blessin ☺️
Well, What an awesome thing to do. This world needs more of your kindness and generosity. You have led me down a rabbit hole of possibilities with you and everyone you recommended.
My dear, thank you. I have made a commitment to only pursuing RU-vid recommended by folks I trust, and was wondering where to travel next. I have already experienced Bill, and so was quite amused at your assessment of his charm. I shall check the other ones forthwith.
Saw the title and thought "FIVE new Crafsman recommended channels?! What a great day!" and clicked on the video only to find (grumble, grumble, grumble) that I already subscribe to 4 of them. (grumble, grumble, grumble). Just playin', not only is the fifth channel (The Monster Maker) worth finding out about, the display of pure goodness that is this recommend video restores a bit of faith in humanity.
I don't know if anybody else has said it yet but this is exactly the type of video that led me to your channel and I have been forever changed by it thank you!
Thank you Craftman I enjoy learning and listen to you.... it's like having Bob Ross back. I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I/we are for all you do 😊
