#5 Concrete Ceiling - from PREPARATIONS to FINISH 

Celing, was you ever wondernig how is it made? We had to. There are several ways to do it. You can make it out of I-beams and concrete, you can just build it out of wood, or you can make reinforcements that you pour concrete over, which in our case was the way we wanted to go. We have lived in houses where the ceiling was made of wood and we have concerns that it absorbs sound poorly and can be eaten away by woodworms. A concrete ceiling is more durable, absorbs sound, is not eaten by bugs, weighs a lot and therefore holds the walls together. In this episode we are showing from start to finish how we made our solid concrete ceiling.
