Not everyone need very fast data transfer with 3.2 , Atleast it can transfer data unlike lighting which itself is a plus point , however it may take 2 or 3 minutes or 2 gb data , I'm a student student. So it's doesn't affect me , But Some need fast transfer like editors , you may go for air 4th but 150 dollar more 😂

Biggest issue for me is the price .. had this been priced under 350£ .. it would have been a different story altogether!!

It is a great iPad .. I made several full length videos on it as well .. my only big issue with this is the price at 500£ here in the UK .. before price inflation, the M1 iPad Air costed £569 here in the UK .. so compared to that, this iPad seemed really expensive! Had this been offered at the 329$ price which Apple sells their iPad 9 for .. this would have been the best iPad, period!

USB C is faster than lightning.. even the old version of it .. on paper C offers speeds as fast as 640Mbps whereas lightning is at 480Mbps .. and in practice, I do see the difference especially if you are transferring large quantities of files!

@@RaavMedia usb c is just the connector. Otherwise there wouldn’t be different Thunderbolt versions at different speeds far exceeding the speeds of the iPads 10th gen port. For example the iPad Pro has usb c also but has thunderbolt 3 using usb-c. It’s faster using usb c also.

Iphone 4 pro max is lightning port also, imagine paying almost 2,000 usd just to have lightning port. What a dumbshit

@@devchetry6396 See .. all iPads play games pretty smooth .. the Pros have an edge due to the 120hz refresh rate .. but .. I played PubG and COD on this iPad and it works perfectly fine .. better than any Android tablet!! So you are good! For studies, this is absolutely a boon, wish I had one when I was at Uni!! However, iPad Air has M1 chip and twice the RAM so it will last you longer but is bit more expensive .. and the pros give you 120hz refresh rate and twice the storage .. but it’s even more expensive. You need to see if those additional upgrades do add value to your requirements and then decide. I made full length videos covering all iPads which Apple sells on my channel. Do check those and see if it helps. I show gaming on every iPad I reviewed 😊

Yes, but they channel the sound .. so even if you cover one grill with your hands .. especially when you are gaming .. you will still hear sound from the other one!

iPad Air is certainly better than 10th gen .. epically with the M1 processor and 8GB RAM under the hood! However, at this point , just wait for 2 weeks as new iPads are incoming. Apple just announced an event on the 7th of May. Also, I have done several full length videos about iPads on my channel .. all models.. plz do check and see if it helps 😊

Absolutely!! Just before the new iPad event, 29k INR used to get the iPad 9th gen .. but now, you get a much better iPad for the same money .. especially when you consider the features!

If you haven't already bought it, I'd recommend the Tab S9 over the 10th gen iPad. You get the stylus with the tablet and you don't have to charge it to use it, and that alone makes it better than the baseline iPad for med students.

Well .. that was because game centre notification asking my to enable something 😄 .. but if you have played this or any resource intensive game on any iPad .. you’d know how smoothly they run 😊

If the price difference is only 20k Rs… I’d suggest saving up and buying the Air instead. Storage wise, it’s not gong to be any different as you get the same base storage but you get an excellent processor and double the RAM at 8GB on the Air … this is gong to really help you in the long run as the Air will get more years of software support and yes, things like stage manager, full screen external monitor support and support to apps like Final Cut Pro is only on the Air .. iPad 10 doesn’t support those things!

WhoTF will save 20k . That’s also money dude. An amount for a decent Samsung phone

@dr.r8388 dude your requirements looks like You need an iPad that has got storage and so IPad 8th with 128 gb will be more than enough for you. For your information iPads are all mega powerful. Costly and high end iPads are only for software engineers , designers, high end vloggers . If you are just a layman person like me. Who has only got some basic knowledge of technology then iPad 8. Or 9 gen will be more than enough. Iam an educator I have IPad 8 and iPhone 13 . Those two products does the job very well well and its absolute that they have features more than I want. It’s been more than 3 years and there are some apps I haven’t even opened. So bottom line is why do you want to spent your hard earned money simply. Save up and buy the iPad 8 if it’s available or iPad 9. You will thank me I guarantee

Yes, it is not laminated.. however, if you are going to apply a tempered glass screen protector .. then it doesn’t matter that much!

I just bought the Air 5 last week … as I was getting it on a really good deal. The price difference between 10 and Air was only about 60£ … so getting the Air really was no brainer. I posted a video just yesterday about iPad Air for students. Plz check that and see if it helps 😊

Absolutely.. it’s is quite powerful and can handle all video calls very smoothly. Plus this is the only iPad which has the front camera located in the most suitable place 😊

iPad Air 4 is much better as it gets laminated display and Apple Pencil Gen 2 support! If you can find one for a decent discount, then I’d recommend getting that instead of this one.

It really is a great iPad, but see if you can get it for a discount, as here in the UK, the price difference between this and iPad Air is not that much, so if its similar case in your country too, then go for the iPad Air. And yes, despite the common misconception that Apple charges for everything... most APPs, including all the streaming apps are free to download. You will obviously need a subscription directly with Netflix, Amazon, etc to stream movies ..!

Absolutely.. and iPadOS 17 as well when it launches in a few weeks .. only thing is that stage manager and full screen external monitor support are not available on this iPad .. you need one with M1 chip or higher for those.
