@@writelikeamagician6868shame the "good old boy system" doesn't help men when women get 67% less time for committing the exact same crime, under the same circumstances and having the same criminal record
Everything's working exactly as designed within settler colonialism. Insane is the USA's belief in which it holds sovereignty. Ever look up the doctrine of discovery? They're not even a real government. They have "law" that claims their god "Jesus" grants them sovereignty and Indian land title. Of course it's insane lol.
The punishment for cops should be far worse than for the average citizen, because they know better and are supposed to do better. They are to enforce and uphold the law, that doesn’t mean they are above it.
What a perfect specimen to give a badge and gun to, right? You know he's going to fuck with good honest people for no good reason except stroking his ego.
Mr Pate blabbing on & on should have pissed off the judge to the point she locked him up for contempt of court. Watta aggravating POS. I wish he hat 7.5 years, not 75 days. Wut bullshit.
Yea censoring the speech and words is ridiculous, all because some people get offended over the terms. Never understood it, then again I've also never understood why women can be charged for public indecency for exposed nipples but men cant, there's women that have gone to jail over their bikini top flying off on a water slide. I don't follow the logic in this.
@@Shinka666 I had a friend who was arrested for indecent exposure because his pants were accidentally unzipped while he was shopping at dollar general in hicktown GA
Damn dude, you just went on a commenting spree right there 😂 (but also totally agree with you, there should be more severe penalties for them to dissuade the abuse of power)
Good job the 2 cops that tazed the dude to death were black otherwise their would have been rioting/looting/burning down small local businesses because it OBVIOUSLY would have been down to racism and not because some cops are just shitcunts
Not really they get little time compared to a civilian who committed the same crimes. Police are sanctioned criminals, thugs rapist and murders nothing more.
Most were slaps on the wrist compared to a normal taxpayer who did the same Shiite. Pathetic bill of rights for police, basically get out of big jail time usually with pay also. Scum system and good ol boys coworkers not saying anything and going along most times is retarded to me a layperson.
Doesn't it seem like a cop has to commit a crime over a dozen times with irrefutable proof to get convicted? If they commit a felony just once, they can usually just resign from their job with no charges to follow.
Being a police officer is just a job, it doesn't mean that the individual officer is a decent person. These type of individuals wearing a badge and weapon, should not be protected by the Blue Wall of Silence.
So true. Particularly the cops that are cops for the wrong reasons. Prime example: Joseph James DeAngelo Jr. an American serial killer, serial rapist, burglar, former CA state police officer, who committed at least 13 murders, 51 rapes, and 120 burglaries across California between 1974 and 1986. He's still in prison.
A caschier not being a decent person does not have the same gravity as a cop not being a decent person. That there is a protection at all just is just the worst corruption ever.
@@thomasprogli3372 Particularly in the case where DeAngelo was involved in "investigating" the crimes he was committing. Kept him in front of any real chance of getting caught for three decades.
not to mention the thumbnail has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual video. Personally I find that kind of clickbait much worse than the exaggerated titles.
How about 5 cops who betrayed their country? Sounds like a actual fitting title. Fuck the badge. That badge don't represent shit. Just like a soldier they represent our country. Not some stupid piece metal metal. Which a lot don't even have anymore.
Yeah! The images have a lot of information. As I write this I look over at video suggestions and there are a few that are surely not accurate.@@SpydersByte
She's to stuck up his ass to notice how deceiving he really is. He's going to do the same to her one day, maybe then she'll wake up and really it for real
I judge in our home town was the same. He was the biggest town drunk. One time I saw him walking his dog. I drove by real close. He jumped up on the grass and gave me a dirty look. I just smiled. 😁
This is what it means. Qualified immunity is a type of legal immunity that protects a government official from lawsuits alleging that the official violated a plaintiff's rights, only allowing suits where officials violated a “clearly established” statutory or constitutional right.
In my opinion, cops that break the law should be held to a much greater account that the public. If a normal public man is given 5 years for blackmail, a cop should get at least 7 to 8 years. The cops are 100% financially supported by the public, they have sworn to protect and obey the Constitution. Common crimes committed by cops, claiming overtime payments when they have not worked overtime, murdering people and lying to appear as a legal shooting, assaulting the public, along with 5exual assaul, many other 'perks' of the job are seemingly ignored by the senior officers.
🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️... You're right.😢😢😢. Iam from india& i can't believe the cop only got 1 yr prisoned punishment, for sexual assaulting 6 female's 😳😳.. Not fair at all.. Pathetic. 🥲. I thought India was Backwards incase of judgement for Sexual harrassment against women.
@@RahulRk-tr7ot its not a woman discrimination thing, its about police in general not facing consequences, plenty of white dudes were mudered by cops and faced no problems
Make sure to add these officer names to the growing and improving National Police Misconduct Registry to protect other departments, cities and towns from hosting and hiring corrupt officers
These officers with all their power have the nerves to cry once they’re in court facing a very light sentencing . But what happened to all that power, not even enough not to cry in court. And ex-officer Pete just thought he was not only above law but above the judge, he should have gotten more than 75 days just because of his arrogant ass mouth.
They should get double they sentences because of the oaths they made and the positions of trust if they break the rules we all have to abide by then they should be held as an example of the ramifications of abusing and welding power over ordinary citizens it's a more level playing field and equally any of their colleagues who look the other way or actively cover up there crimes should face the same and if your fired from one police department you shouldn't be allowed to work for another
About 60% of women who are raped, assaulted do not report the incident. Preditors know this and go on assaulting more women because the numbers work in their favor. So, cop #1 probably assaulted about 20 women. Only 7 came forward (only? Fuck that's too many for 1 year punishment!) Do you know why sexually assaulted women rarely report the crimes 1.) Humility, 2.) twisted thinking that they brought it on themselves. 3.) there's more believe me! I just didnt read all the info.
I once got pulled over on my way to work where the cop repeatedly told me how good my perfume smelled, how gorgeous I was, asked if he could smell my hair (🤯) and decided to let me go with a warning and then said “now, what are you gonna do for me?” and I replied “I’m gonna keep my speed down on my way to work”😳. He said “ok, but here’s my card if you change your mind”, and stuck his card on my chest. Not only was this a disgusting display of harassment, a clear violation of his duties and solicitation during the course of his duties, but: I’m married, and of course was wearing my engagement and wedding rings, but he was wearing a wedding ring too!!! The true definition of a fckn pig, professionally and personally. And I know I’m one of the lucky ones. Some people get assaulted, badly hurt or even unalived. Crooked cops are the blight of humanity. And they deserve to face criminal prosecution.
BACK THE BLUE... Into a corner Abolish Qualified Immunity. Treat the police like doctors and make them carry the equivalent of malpractice insurance. That way when they get sued, their insurance pays and not the taxpayers. If the insurance company drops them, they can no longer serve as a police officer. Watch accountability skyrocket! Bad cops will weed themselves out. And good cops will step up and be good cops, policing their own. "Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely."
@@mbar7777 yeah there's a small bit of solace to be found in that. But it's the system that's broken, it's become political, and about gaining power and stature in the government. Rotten roots produce rotten fruits.
Im sick of these gangsters getting such light sentences, thats IF they are even investigated. They SHOULD be held to a higher standard and SHOULD be given bigger sentences/punishments because they are cops. The public are certainly held to a higher standard when we insult/upset/annoy/not lick boots/attack (self defense) a cop.
In the US, as in every country in reality, there should be a criminal law that increases prison sentences if any police officer breaks the law. It should be called "aggravating punishment for dishonouring the police badge" and example, if the prison sentence of a policeman who embezzled public funds is three years, you multiply it by 10, in such a scenario you would immediately see how any policeman would think very carefully about breaking the law.
As a law enforcement officer they should receive no less than the maximum sentence possible as a minimum. None of this 5 to 10 years, it should be 10 years with 80% before any parole possible
Absolutely agree. LEOs should be held to a higher standard, there's a higher penalty for injuring them so there should be a higher penalty for LEOs who abuse their station and power.
What I'm truly wondering is WHEN DO WE START HOLDING OUR "ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES", "GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS", AND "LEADERS", TO THE SAME STANDARDS OF "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW"!!!
I hope they check on all cases these cops did wrong to people by getting them put in jail by false accusations and free them. Not only these cops but ALL crooked cops who were caught.
I am glad these cops got what the deserved, but I do still love and respect officers everywhere. To the good ones I bow down to you for trying to keep our streets safe.
Its one thing to di all this crap, but to then LIE so hard about it after, just disgustingly despicable. Thank goodness they WERE caught, they dont deserve the honors that were bestowed upon them. Also, very satisfying watching them act like the jack*sses they were revealed to be.
Fortunately I don't believe that. There are so many wonderful law enforcement officers & they have been appreciated by every walk of life as well as different ethnic communities.
@@FemiNelson-sb1emthe problem is that the system is rotten, so good people apply to be police officers and then they get beaten down by their superiors until they realise how "the game is played" there needs to be an absolute razing of the occupation and have it built back up by people who are actually wanting to do good.
I think Hayes only getting a year isn't nearly enough, as punishment, or for his own protection. He's be lucky if he survived after getting out, and didn''t end up in the bottom of a river or something.
Hayes is a goof. He's cute enough, and as a girl, trust me, we like to play those games, so he could have found plenty of WILLING participants to his shenanigans.
