The first female officer said she never thought that a train would come plowing through her crime scene, as if a random train came down a city street. SHE PUT A HANDCUFFED PERSON IN A CAR PARKED ON TRAIN TRACKS. It's not like the "suspect" parked on the tracks. It's illegal to park on train tracks for a reason, but police don't have to obey the law.
The cops who allowed the guy to arrest that girl for disorderly should be in trouble for not doing anything they were right there the whole time to see she didn’t commit a crime

I’m glad I’m not the only one who saw that woman was basically sexually assaulted by that predator and assisted by his colleagues. Sports bras are not easy to tear off. The fact something similar happened to another woman with him is further proof that he’s a dangerous predator.

The oath (or the formal statement to do what you are promising*) is of course much longer and filled with a kinds of commitment desiring behavior, in the same sense as the examples above. *) for non-religious people who don’t want to take an oath on a religious book. ** I myself have worked for decades at one of the many agencies of the Dutch Department of Justice and have been an Immigration Officer, which does NOT mean that I was ‘out in the field actively researching immigrants that may be illegal or not, but my job was to conduct several interviews with asylum seekers, after which I would, based on their interview held up against our national and international Asylum Laws, then personally make the decisions whether they were granted an asylum permit (in which case an Asylum Seeker becomes a Refugee and they are allowed to stay in our country) or whether their asylum application would be denied. In that case they’d hold on the title of Asylum Seeker (NOT Refugee) and were formally refused entry in our country, so they had to immediately leave the Netherlands and return to their country of origin. In that function I would have been, IF I had broken the law (even laws that are completely unrelated to my own work environment), I WOULD HAVE BEEN PUNISHED A LOT MORE SEVERELY THAN ‘ORDINARY’ CITIZENS!! In one case a female cop tried to intervene between her sergeant and the innocent individual he went mental and grabbed her by the throat dragging her behind a truck...guess where her colleagues all stood with their body cams...conveniently turned away from the scene. Except for one shellshocked colleague watching it. I always thought they did a proper psych eval before letting these guys even close to an academy...they must be running low on people whomwant to become cops...their blue line name is currently looking very dark now especially in the USA...fair enough we see this behaviour in other countries but none of them are considered part of the Western Civilization...might be time to cut ties with USA.

You can’t even be innocent around them, I understand it’s a tough job, but if you can’t be respectful towards citizens, and understand, it’s innocent until proven, guilty, not guilty until proven innocent, you need to just go ahead and resign. Stay far away from cops and their crookedness. And you never have to speak, but keep in mind there’s plenty of videos where people exercise their right to remain silent and not answer questions and they don’t know what to do. You can’t have rights around cops, period.

How does someone drive half way over rough train tracks missing the BRIGHTLY reflected signs that their headlight hit. Stop on train track, walk over the train tracks without stumbling. Walk pass the BRIGHTLY reflected uniquely designated signs "X " without seeing them. Then on top of that, claim they did NOT hear the load train horn, (can easily be heard on the officers body cameras) that is getting louder from the on coming train. Then claim then did not know about the train tracks and/or on coming train? How is this even possible? Yes, I watched the trial. It was totally unbelievable that the officers attempted to claim this 🐂💩.

Funny how departments support their officer's until "A Video Surfaces". That's when we get the commanding officer's speech "I was disgusted and disturbed by what I saw, we at this department hold our officer's to a high degree". What I’ve realized over the years is that whether its liking or disliking the police. it doesn’t matter whether you are on the left side or the ride side of the political spectrum. I’m more left leaning in my politics but if a citizen is getting ego’d, have their rights trampled on, unfairly treatment in general by police officers, your political party goes straight out of the window with me.

These videos show why there should not be any law enforcement agency in the whole United States, EVERY PLAY OFFICER SHOULD HAVE TO WEAR A BODY CAM, PERIOD. Imagine being in court and deciding on a bench trial because I was confident the judge would rule in my favor, this was before cell phones and body cams. The cop that pulled me over was called to the stand to tell what happened. I was in total SHOCK. I started looking around the court for someone else, because I knew he couldn't be talking about me. He lied so good I was almost believing him myself. He had like 3 reverse uno cards.
