I do not understand, how do you manage first to make background? When I want to make ig story I first have to add photo to story. How to avoid this? This is not explained in your video

Just choose a random picture from your gallery, then tap the three dots, then choose "draw" and select what color background you want and then press hard on the screen and it will fill in the screen with the color you picked. And then you can go from there.
