@@jacquelineweekes3156 Almost surely Dunkin doesn't make bagels, they come in already done or at least par-baked. The same as the supermarkets. I had to tell a woman that once when I worked at a supermarket bake-shop, when she said she really hoped we had some Cinnamon Raisin bagels for a breakfast. I told her we had them, but they were frozen & if she needed them that badly she could just heat them up for 10 minutes at home. She was stunned that we didn't 'bake from scratch'. FROM SCRATCH?!! lol This isn't a mom & pop bakery, ma'am.
You'd be amazed how little people notice their surroundings. Even women. I often walk by women in parking lots & they JUMP when I walk into their line of sight. I am just walking, not trying to be quiet or noisy...yet they often jump & they say "Oh! Where did you come from?" Surprises even me, being a woman myself......why are people so unaware????
I think the same thing but then realise if I were in the same position I would totally forget police stations exist, especially because I only know where one is near me 🥲
Story 2- Guy is a whimp. My car does not auto open the passenger door, only the driver door with the key fob. If his did, he should've reached out and manually lock that door, if there was someone so suspiciously close to it. I would have.
Do these people not have common sense??? Story 2 - You unlocked your car with a random man standing next to it and then didn’t lock your doors after getting in???? Story 4 - You led someone stalking you directly to your workplace????????
Story 4 is so inspiring. It good to see you let that guy follow you around all that time. It gonna be so easy following women around this year. Keep it up ladies. Best Regards CREEPY LARRY.
If you ever feel you are being followed just know you can always call your police department and inform them what is happening, then drive straight there. Most departments understand and will have an employee/officer waiting outside for your arrival. Stay safe guys.
I normally don't victim blame, but story #2 was the most irresponsible person ever and needs to take blame for their stupidity. You see a strange guy standing by your car? You don't get in and open all of the doors (my car opens the driver's door if you press the button once, all of the doors when you press the button twice)! When the strange man gets in the car, you don't have a conversation with the guy and only threaten to call the cops.
I work at a dunkin and Baskin drive through part time as a full time student. I hate working there honestly. Only good parts about the job for me are some of my coworkers, free food and drinks, and a few customers. Since the owners and my manager don’t gaf who comes to our store since “everyone is a customer”, we usually have a bunch of people in late afternoon and evening just camp in the store without buying anything. I personally don’t mind if people come and sit in the store and don’t buy anything and just use the free wifi or whatever. But most of these campers leave a mess on the tables, spread out the chairs and tables, refuse to leave on time, and even start arguing and talking back when we ask them politely to leave. Sometimes even threaten us. Of course the owners don’t care. But the evening shift have it the worse since it’s only two of us closing the entire store by ourselves while still serving the customers, cleaning the store, and baking the donuts and muffins and bagels for the morning shift. I’m trying to leave this place asap for the customer’s safety and mine’s because I feel like one day I will snap and attack a rude customer. And I do have martial arts training btw. This job really showed me how bad and entitled people can be. Especially the customers from the drive through since they’re in their cars and feel more in control or whatever. Now I’m not saying all the customers are bad. I’ve had a lot of genuine good customers who I’ve appreciated. But most customers at fast food restaurants are just complete overly entitled douches who need therapy or see a psychiatric instead of coming to Dunkin’ Donuts.
The scarier thing: That's a little cheaper than ANY other muffins I've seen! The local supermarket AND the local luncheonette charge $4 each! I was stunned. They're MUFFINS! They're not hard to make or expensive to make! They are NOT highly-perishable. Why do they cost so much now?!!
@@taracollins5597 well bidennomics has wreaked havoc across the land, the inflation/recession, from donuts to cars 70K cars now cost 120, for Christsl sake, pure madness
Their food isn't all that. I ordered a English muffin, with butter and a coffee. I think, it came to $7. Some years back, I went right back, through the drive thru, and returned it. I hear, their donuts are delivered to their stores frozen. I like Yum Yum donuts. Their made there, fresh. For coffee, McDonald's is $1.00 plus tax. I'm not paying $5. For a simple cup, of coffee.
Truth! Not to mention the quality. Dunkin Donuts used to have the very best coffee & doughnuts. They are pretty terrible now. The company claims they want to focus more on 'breakfast sandwiches'. WHY?!! That is not what people go there for, nor what made the place FAMOUS!
Why would let someone follow you to anywhere let alone work or home? Call the police! Drive to the police! FYI you never have to go to the Dunkin. He can meet you at work and follow you home the next day. 🤦🏾♀️
For the first guy who wanted the everything bagel I would’ve just given up after that New York City bagels never let you down and there’s some of the best of the world lol Dunkin’ Donuts originated in Boston so that’s why if you’re in the north east especially Massachusetts they are everywhere I was on one street called squire Road in Revere north of Boston and there was two Dunkin’ Donuts right in front of each other on the same road and another one down the street at a gas station
I used to work at Dunkin when I was a teenager it was my first job and I had some creepy experiences working during the day and at night. During the day there was a guy who came in regularly and would hold his phone to his ear but never even pretend to talk and just stair at the girls (I am also a girl). At night one time a guy asked my if I was alone and what time I’d be getting off work and he was clearly 10 years older than me ;-; I just lied and said I wasn’t alone lol
I work at Dunkin too. Once this guy came and started talking to me asking me where I’m from and stuff like that. And then he asked me if I was 15 which I found to be hella creepy. (I’m 23 btw) Then he commented on my hands being small and cute. Lastly he asked me if I was single. I told him no and luckily he stopped bothering me. But that whole thing was so creepy he obviously was into young girls and he was hella old.
@@TheSelina3000 if only ppl had more initiative with guys like this and turned the tables. Like stealthy follow this fucker home and report him. Or get him to spill a bunch of personal info and see if you can get him into trouble by anonymously warning a bunch of ppl about the perv.
There's always creepy guys that keeps on creeping around to me I think that they have screw loose in their brains be safe out there and carried or defend yourself from creeps like them and call the police.
Story 1: If a restaurant or fast food place is out of something you want, you order something else or you can go somewhere else. This guy was creepy and scary Story 2: Should have gone back into the Dunkin and called the police as soon as they saw the man Story 3: Scary Story 4: This wasn't a coincidence, I say he was stalking Story 5: Scary
Dunkin Donuts really sucks! Their coffee is horrible in my opinion. It doesn't taste like coffee, more like hot water with cream and sugar. All of their baked goods are shipped in and not freshly made on site like some other chains. Not to mention the fact that they're way overpriced. Oh how I miss the Dunkin Donuts of the 90s!! They were so much better than they are today. They always brewed fresh hazelnut coffee instead of the cheap flavor shot that you get nowadays. They also used to make buttermilk donuts which were delicious! And they had stools that spun around as you sat on them at the counter. All that is long gone. Now they're terrible and are more corporate focused. It's a shame really.
Agreed! Dunkin Donuts was fantastic in the '80s & '90s, when I was younger. I practically used DD coffee to get through working the late or midnight shift at work! But their coffee is literally undrinkable at this point, its like muddy bitter water. Their doughnuts taste fake. They USED to be made fresh there....or at least taste decent even f they arrived already made. The company has recently claimed they 'want to focus more on breakfast sandwiches'. WHY?!!! That is not what most people want.....& NOT what made them famous! If they are looking to make a profit, how about MAKING GOOD DOUGHNUTS & COFFEE?!! People are willing to pay for good doughnuts, don't they understand that?!!
Turn up when someone is creeping on you. Act an absolute fool. Yes, strangers will think you're crazy, but so what? It'll clearly and loudly mark the creeper as doing something they shouldn't.
Last story, when the guy was following u while driving, I would have driven to the police station to let them know. I wonder if he would have followed u there
I usually dont like blaming people for bad stuff happening to them, but dude, come on. There were so many attempts to not have that shit happen. Like seriously? That guy was just a dumbass
It truly does amaze me how stupid all these stories are most of the are like I know your following me so let me go to my place of work to show you , or oh my God there's a strange person next to my car let me open up all my car doors and not run away like y'all deserve this
Actually, it is in my state. I was stunned when I started seeing most of the signs being changed to just DUNKIN. The company claims its to 'emphasize their other items, such a breakfast sandwiches'. Ridiculous, right>!!
the person in the last story hiding in the bathroom with the door locked, was a lil dramatic. the man obviously didn't follow you because there's people in there😂
