I put about 10 protection crystals in a mojo bag and nailed it above my front door about a year ago , since then I noticed that hardly anyone comes round to my house 😂

I truly believe that selenite protects us more than black onyx,black obsidian, black tourmaline, Apache tears etc. I love selenite reason being it charges/cleanses by itself and can charge/cleanse every other crystal. I feel a strong connection to selenite.

I always wear black onyx when walking to work at night

i cant go a day without wearing black tourmaline. i took it off for a week because i got the tiniest bit of paint on it and i felt so negative and had no patience with people. i then realized it was because i wasn't wearing black tourmaline. i put it back on and i've been fine every since :)

And that's why Nuummite is my favorite. It encompasses the best of all these crystals into one.

Turquoise is great for travel protection and horse riders in many different cultures would wear or or incorporate it in decorations of saddles to protect the rider from falls.

I think amethyst helps with overspending.

I agree with your list. But there is one shiny crystal, that many mention and still many forget that i would add, because is not black! And that is Pyrite. It's a wonderfull stone for protection. But not only for that, it's like Tiger eye- rising, uplfiting, strong!

I think the tigers eye might be my favorite, i feel grounded and confident.

As a crystal researcher i would like to share Black tourmaline is like a body armor or like a pitch black hole sucking energies..it absorbs impact of negative energies. this is EXACTLY what i was looking for! thank you! i love these black stones but I was having a hard time figuring out what the differences were, and I can only afford to get one piece for a while. so I really wanted it to count! Thanks to your break down, it looks like I'll be getting a jet palm stone! and perhaps one day when the time is right, a pair of tourmaline towers! If you're a lurker looking for other options, hematite and shungite are also really wonderful! Worth looking into. And if you're intrigued about tiger's eye, check out tiger iron! i think, especially for people tight on cash, it is a GREAT all-around protective stone, as it also has hematite and jasper!

Hi Adam! What advice do you have regarding getting rid of crystals gifted to you by someone you learned does not like you and wishes ill against you? After knowing what I do now about how the person really feels about me, I am afraid to touch or bond with the crystals she gave to me as gifts even after she made it apparent she does not like me. I accepted the gifts thinking they were peace offerings. After gifting me 7 crystals, the person worked to push me out of opportunities at work, spread lies about me to my friends and coworkers, and even tried to put my child in harms way. After everything has come to light, I want to make sure I don’t bring more negative energy into my life. I would love it if you got back to me or made a video in the future about gifted crystals. Another gem. Pun intended. Has anyone else worn black tourmaline and felt dragged down and depressed and more prone to having a bad day when wearing it? Maybe I wasn’t cleansing mine as much as I should have, but I eventually stopped wearing or using my tourmaline chips. I’m not sure, but I think obsidian might have had a similar effect on just weighing me down emotionally. Thoughts??
