I noticed you waved to the tour boat. Did you know there actually is a reason to that? In the old day when people waved to a boat, and they waved back, it was a "all well onboard" sign and "all well on land". If you entered a harbour, and they didn't wave back to you, you would turn around and leave the harbour. If it was you that didn't wave back, the harbour/city would assemble all weapon carrying men. I live in a coastal city, there are still a lot of waving.
