This brings back many happy memories for me, visited Jeju October 2022 to visit family from Scotland UK. My son moved to Korea 9 years ago to teach English and never came home. He now lives in Jeju with his lovely Korea wife and my young Grandson who is one year old. Heading back April 2023, cant wait. I love Korea, the culture, it`s amazing food, but most of all the inspiring and amazing people.

Thoroughly enjoyed your video! I was feeling so disheartened after watching the negativity from other RU-vidrs and their lack of attention to the space around them. You even showed the black sand in your hand. Simple but restored my urge to go this beautiful island xx

Nice video. Going to SK next year. I'll love to visit all the tourist places in Jeju but not the food. Im allergic to sea food. But I think there are other Korean food that do not have any fish in Jeju like the one you show named black pig dish.

how far apart are the two waterfalls you visited on the island? I only have a few days to fit jeju island on my itinerary and visiting the waterfalls is a must!

The main waterfalls are all located in southern Jeju! They should be around 10-15 minutes apart by car :)

Hi! If you're planning to tour different parts of Jeju, then I would definitely recommend getting a rental car for the convenience. If you're only staying near one part of Jeju, then a cap would be more convenient than a bus! There are Korean apps where you can call cabs, similar to Uber except they are actually taxis

There are also several falls in Japan that directly falls into the occean. For example, Kashuni Falls in Hokkaido and Toroki Falls in Kagoshima prefecture. Why is this Jeongbang Waterfall the only one in Asia that directly falls into the occean??

We rented a car on the island, and I would definitely recommend getting a rental car over public transportation!

Hi! We stayed in The Suites Hotel Jeju in Saekdal-dong, Seogwipo-si :) It was a great hotel located near lots of local attractions!

It's not necessary to rent a car! If you do want to rent a car, we booked our car about a month in advance. There are also various public buses available in Jeju, including city buses, tourist shuttle buses, and airport limousine buses :)

The beaches have public showers that only cost a few dollars to use! They also sell soap and other toiletries needed to wash off

We rented a car for our entire trip! I highly recommend renting a car, especially if you plan to visit Jeju during the summer. There are plenty of car rental companies near the airport that you can find online!

Innisfree is an island off the west coast of Ireland. Everything else is named after it. There is Innismore, Innisfree and Innisbeck.
