Man, I love your channel! Your videos are very accessible, I personally enjoy the fact that you film everything in your kitchen. It can get a bit overwhelming to watch somebody make cocktails in front of an expansive home bar when you know you have 5 spirits in the cupboard and a beginner's cocktail set on the shelf lol. Also, your garnishes are gorgeous! Especially that cucumber ribbon, wow. I will definitely check out your garnish videos next, followed by the homemade ginger beer one. It's been literally impossible for me to find ginger beer locally, so that might be the way to go actually :)
You changed from dry shake to reverse dry shake (first with ice, then without it), I really like it more than doing dry shake at the beginning to emulsify!!
Good video. Even though people may look down on vodka as a spirit, there are definitely some good vodka cocktails. And it surprised me when I found out I could taste the difference between a cocktail made with a better vodka and one made with a low end vodka. (I can even taste the difference in an espresso martini) I've had some of the cocktails on this video, so now I have to try at least some of the rest.
It’s probably down to it being used as a ‘get drunk’ ingredient. Vodka red bulls, vodka lime soda, vodka lemonade. It’s just a tacky way to get drunk for younger crowds. There’s definitely a difference in low to high end vodka, high end is usually triple distilled that makes it super smooth, whereas low end cheap and harsh. Grey Goose and Ciroc are also made with grapes as opposed to grain, there’s a huge difference in mouth feel, texture and even flavour in those than traditional vodka.
JEAN-FELIX!!! Great video!!! Ok, my next cocktail using egg white, reverse dry shake it shall be!!! All of these looks totally upscale!!! Clarified cocktails I next for me!!! CHEERS!!!
Beautiful cocktails as always. Have you ever tried using Szechuan peppercorns as an ingredient? They aren't actually hot/spicy but give a strange tingling sensation.
20 ml vodka whipped cream 20ml liqueur 43 and 100ml orange juice, mix with ice and shake, if you don't have vodka whipped cream, spray whipped cream on it yourself
Un vodka increíble, yo he probado todas sus variantes. Una pena que actualmente el precio donde vivo se ha disparado y ahora cuesta más de 60$. Tendré que probar el Ruby! 🤤
Hi! I have already tried clarified vodka milk punch. It’s good to drink, but I have one question. I can’t taste earl gray tea when I drinking. You said you add about 5gr of tea for 250gr of water before. I would like to ask how long does it take to brew tea? Thanks a lot.
Great video! I definitely want to try the clarified vodka punch! It's so pink, I need it! How long do you think the clarified coconut milk punches last? (If you don't drink them immediately!) Are they fridge/shelf stable?
May I ask you one question? For clarified vodka milk punch, did you use sweetened coconut cream, unsweetened coconut cream or coconut milk? Thanks a lot!
Clarifying with Yogurt is possible but it doesn'T work the same way AND the flavours will be completely different. The great thing in this cocktail is actually the coconut flavour so I wouldn't recommend it. Cheers!
