I have been waiting sooo long for someone on youtube or social media to talk about the quality of jacquemus bags. I remember the first time that I touched a jacquemus bag (forgot which model it was), I was shocked because of how plastic-y the leather felt. It's not the most expensive bag that I have touched that felt that way (it would be the burberry olympia), but jacquemus bags are defo not worth their price. And about LV, man, I recently went into a boutique to check out the empreinte leather key pouches, and I did feel that the leather was so thin, probably 1 mm max. It's not acceptable really. At that price point, the leather should at least be substantial enough to not make me worry that I can poke a hole through it.
JACQUEMUS IS NOT IT!!! why didnt anyone warn me LOL I agree with LV!! It feels thinner but at the end of the day people continue to buy despite increased prices and decreased quality
I wish more creaters would make more of these videos. It would be extremely helpful for those ppl who want one of these bags. I have wonky stitching on a panel of one of my Bvlgari serpenti bags which is shocking bc they are phenomenally made with superb materials.
wait I’m shocked about bvlgari!!! I definitely agree! I try to be transparent as possible because while I may not be a SUPER picky person about these things, there are people who have worked really hard to save and might end up being disappointed :(
Got s brand new Jacquemus le bambino homme after inspection notice a little dot on the leather on the top side looks like a rain drop mark or glue mini dot I saw it on a whim it’s almost invisible I gave it to a friend and she was like where is it lol yes it bothers me a bit and yes I ha havea bit of ocd 😅 I’m keeping it.

I actually don't have a review on it but here's a quick one just for you HAHA it's the prada vintage satin shoulder bag! I really like it, stays on my shoulder, etc. def giving y2k vibes. It's VERY small that's the only "con"
I just got the same Jacqemeus bag but in turqoise suede leather and yaaaas girl the quality is a joke lol. But i like the color and i got it from selfridges for $600+ so i am gonna keep it.
