I can definitely say that your video isn't filled with some obvious fluff. It does complete justice to the title. Amazing points! Especially, i really liked how you implemented the typeform into the landing page section. Would you mind shedding some light as to how you did that (maybe in a video or a blog post).
Digital psychology is also related to communication theory. So if you're interested in learning more about it Google that as well. It's still theory based (strategic) so learning the application of that knowledge is where value is added (the tactical).

I agree with knowing front-end. Even a well put together Shopify theme will often require some changes made when a client requests it. Knowing this will make you more valuable in the long run.
If this video is any indication , I've found a channel that is perfect for me. My neglecting of my IT skills over the years has left me at a big disadvantage in digital marketing. I have a wonderful product and help so many people I am inspired to no end and look forward to watching all your work - Cheers- Matt
This is actually insightful. Cleared some of my doubts whether to go into the marketing sector or the technology/programming sector. I am really curious to know what rest of the viewers feel? a marketing career, that involves these skills or a programming career to build apps/websites and much more. PS: Pick your choice, tell me why. Assume I love both the fields.

Might want to add one suggestion, i feel that the presenter in the video talks too fast so its really hard to understand at first time. In future It would be really helpful if you talk slower than this. Thats it. Keep posting useful videos like this.

I liked this video, in particular, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. The only observation is about FRONT-END CODE. God, it is a whole universe and it should have been pointed out. It is true that you can get some basic knowledge to complete trivial tasks, but being a real experienced Front-End Developer takes a lot and requires dedication.
Hector Enrique Aguero Noriega of course. But it’s crutial to know html, css and vanilla js. You don’t need react, vue, etc. You need a grasp on what are the limitations and benefits of these.

Yo! I loved this video. You shared so much great information and resources that makes me pumped about 2020 and how I will improve myself! I especially enjoyed your piece on CX. Having studied both Digital Marketing and User Experience Design, I’ve noticed that there are many similarities among them both. One such example being they are both interested in creating/optimizing experiences that will motivate a user/ customer to increase a desired action (buy, subscribe, like, etc.). However, some UX Designers I’ve spoken to look down on marketing as being subpar. They feel that marketing lacks the human psychology and research piece that makes UX Design so valuable and effective. Yet I believe understanding human psychology and the buying habits of customers has always been a part of marketing. I think these two fields have more in common than they may think.
Thank you very much for another great valuable video. Would love to have an entire video on digital psychology like customer personas and user behaviour.
Guilherme Lopes You can also read a book. I recommend INFLUENCE, Sold or Be Sold, Art of The Deal. Start there. Great knowledge. Read all you can though.
