@mavis727 ... Right you are. The "stars" have the fame, they have the luxury, the money and fan adulation yet they die in the midst of "living their dreams." This tragedy shows the emptiness of chasing things in this world that do nothing for the soul of the individual(s). Very sad and sadly very predictable.
He was not sober before he died. His real fans know this. There is videos of him these past months and he was intoxicated allll the time! He was hurting and calling for help, that’s why he came back to the lobby multiple times. He just wanted to be around people but they kept taking him back to his room ALONE. You don’t make people in desperate need of help being by themselves. He was in distress and had a mental crisis. He was depressed way before all this happened.
The only thing they put into drugs is stuff that just cuts down the concentration of how strong the drug is.... so if anything that helps the drug using victim not take as much.
Still cannot believe this. This dude is the same age as me and this one really just hits home. Makes me feel old now. His music heavily influenced my life experience along with that entire era. Thanks for all the memories.
Same. I turned 31 the day before he died and he was always one of my favorites in the band and I relate to the struggles he had so it’s hits home for sure.
@@johnrussell5970 he didn’t die of old age, sadly :( he was not old (you aren’t neither), unfortunately he suffered inside and didn’t ask for help properly/wasnt offered help properly :(
I was a huge one direction fan growing up, and recently started listening to them again for nostalgia sake. I am so shocked by the news, and even though it’s been a week it still hurts. I didn’t know him personally, but it’s truly heartbreaking- especially seeing his father at the hotel and looking over the balcony where he lost his son. Liam has said before, that he hated being locked away in hotel rooms, I believe it was like a trauma response mixed with drugs for him. Rest in Peace Liam, you are so loved all over the world💞
its terrible - he wanted to be in the lobby and they dragged him up there to keep up the image of the hotel - he would have been better off a junkier hotel - maybe a worker would care more about him than the lobby or some $400 TV
Sorry but no, fully grown man, was toxic lifestyle, he had no remorse for others around him, could have harmed anyone the state he was in, stop blaming others he was 31 not 16, take responsibility, Stop passing blame.
@@trixie9867just because he is a sad celebrity doesn't mean he gets to stay in a lobby causing chaos for a buisness and destroy their property. He was struggling because he wasn't a highly sought celebrity anymore and he was pitching a fit. Its sad..hate this happened but leave the delusions behind and call it what it was.
And why is no one mentioning his manager/friend/business partner? He had been with him the whole time but left him all alone when he was having a crisis? Moreover, that guy is known for being a shady character.
Cameras at the hotel should be confiscated, they must have clues of what happened just before- even if someone entered his room at some point that day on the moments before
@@victoriagonzales5164 this is likely a bit dodgy, anyone with an ounce of sense would see that, surely in today's tech savvy times an adjacent building would have footage
I've watched and read about everything about this. There's no conspiracy. He felt trapped. Police were on the way. He was out of his mind and was likely just trying to get out of his room and escape, to a lower floor. It obviously makes no sense to someone sober, but in his state of mind, escaping from 3 floors up seemed possible. I dont think he had any intention of killing himself. He thought he could escape. He fell.
He went over unconscious. Involuntary reflexes happen when people jump weather on purpose or not its not a choice same reflexes that we use when we kicknout involuntary before we fall sleep. Unconscious people cannot jump. @@Softtearsofwisdom...
We need to open our eyes. Why would the mgmt say to the 911 operator there is a balcony in his room. We are afraid he might do something to hurt himself. That's because Liam had already died. The mgmt didn't want to expose that it was a hotel employee supplied the drugs.
they come while he's tweaking he thought they scared him he tried to run he thought he could climb down a floor and escape,he's smacking ledges. diddy pt a hit on him too
And also he insisted that the police doesn't show up. He said to just send the EMTs but the operator said they wouldn't send anyone without the police because the guest was supposedly under the influence and being violent so it would have been dangerous for the EMTs.
I don't understand how they could predict that he would go out to the balcony? Then to phone before he 'fell' is a little bit strange. Something really seems off. After seeing his dad leaning over thr balcony to see how easy it would be to fall and it's quite high up and not easy to just fall unless he climbed. But why would he climb?
He was on A LOT of drugs like a huge cocktail so could have been in psychosis. I guess he could have thought he could fly, or could have just been crazy climbing up on the balcony and the staff maybe were scared he would fall or something? Or maybe he was threatening or teasing he was going to jump 🤔? Just some thoughts but I think it is weird!
@@naturalvids1200Not everything is a conspiracy. Liam was on a lot of drugs and wasn't in his right mind. They thought he could fall because people on a lot of drugs tend to hurt themselves or others because they are not in their right mind.
He was whacked out of his mind! Did you read the cocktail of drugs and alcohol?? For an employee to have seen him and the condition of the room, it is no stretch of imagination to consider an open balcony was a danger. Someone said (which really means nothing) that he said he was going to jump into the pool. I have not heard if the indoor courtyard contained a pool or not.
I had a neighbour who used to get high on all kind of substances and climbed by himself on the roof of his house and other houses as well. He was so high he probably felt no pain while doing all kind of crazy stuff, throwing briks down, etc. They become unnaturaly strong. I remember the story of a girl that took her own eyes out while on psychosis, her 'reality' was all kind of visions and in her mind she had to do it to save the world or something like that.
They're safety was at risk as was the safety of the other hotel guests he was in the hotel being violent beforehand. He was violent and had to be isolated for their safety. The cops were called immediately. He was in psychosis and fell of the balcony within seconds of the cops arriving at the hotel. Liam is responsible for Liam's death!
I'm 44 as well. While I wasn't a fan of One Direction, they are not my generation, however, I know how popular they were and I know about each band member, and in fact, Liam was my favorite among them. His death shocked and affected me, probably because of how young and talented he was. It's so tragic and sad. He had his whole life ahead of him and my heart breaks for his son.
I'm 52 and loved them all, cheered them on through X-Factor. Totally broken that Liam was in so much distress and nobody saw it. I only hope that Liam is at peace and that his son knows how much his dad was loved by people all around the world.
I’m just wondering… where did his watch go? If you look at all his videos before his death and even that day as he was seen outside his hotel visiting with fans, he has his watch on. I’m thinking he was robbed after being carried back to his room, fought back causing things to break in his room, thrown over the balcony unconscious, and then the room was staged with drugs..
@@lisanolan2382he fell over and died in a third world country. his watch was stolen... dont u think that's theft from a dead body? someone is dead and his watch is missing?
I live with epilepsy. If Liam had a seizure, he would not be capable of climbing afterwards. When I have seizures, it’s enough to lift my head, let alone climb onto and over, a balcony. You are SO TIRED, you have to sleep. Imagine being completely exhausted of all energy, and you’re confused. Sleep is all you’ve got left to do, because you’re incapable of anything else.
i don't think he had much energy. he was escorted or dragged up to the room - 'help' so to speak - also he was found with shoes untied - he could have tripped and fell over - some rails are not too high and he could have been taller than the average person
Hotels typically call police to protect their employees and property from violent and disturbing guests. If the lobby and room was trashed by a regular person, they would be sitting safe in a police station sobering up or be kicked out on the street. He was a VIP guest everyone was afraid to confront and it cost him his life.
That death is very suspicious. I'm not saying that someone killed him but I'm just curious how he fell, why he trashed the room before and what he read on the laptop that made him so angry. Also apparently cameras didn't work during the situation which is very convenient.
@@koolaid9899 Is that confirmed or rumored? Also, were we expecting hd play by play footage of his demise? I guess i’m just wondering why conspiracy is reading more true than addiction and mental illness.
I’m a social worker at a hospital many drunks have fallen from balconies, mixing OTC, illegal drugs, alcohol changes the brain and behaviors. Has anyone seen fear and loathing in las vegas? They trashed that room due to drugs and hallucinations not surprising
@@arellavillegas6605 it's worse, a lot of them were/are going on a witch hunt spree blaming everyone for his death. ummm.... imagine this.... he is drugged and walking around his room..... he staggers to the balcony ... he is leaning on the railing.... he feels dizzy.... he slumps forward onto the railing.... he loses consciousness ....... he falls over the railing .....he falls 45 feet .... he hits the ground.
The hotel guy did not want the police to be called 🤔 If you have a guest that allegedly is destroying the room , it makes sense to call the police and ambulance. Also, I wonder if the drugs were injected ? The missing part is the truth .
He was found on his back. Someone needs to investigate the "fall" itself. Came off the balcony backwards? No brace position on landing? Unconscious before?
I'm very curious to see if this leads to a possible negligence leading to death charge. I find the 911 call very suspicious. Why didn't hotel staff call security and restrain him until cops got there if he was vandalizing the room and hurting himself
Why should they do sth like that? That is what the cops are for. Hotel staff has no training on this and shouldn't be expected to restrain inebriated guests. I worked at a hotel and would not have put myself in danger like that.
If the hotel staff called 911, why would they be charged with negligence? You’re looking for someone to blame, unfortunately there’s no one to blame but the deceased.
He just wanted someone to be there for him. Obviously he was going through something difficult and didn’t want to be by himself. Rest easy Liam. This is so heartbreaking 💔
Was the whisky bottle that was found on the floor next to Liams body in pieces??? Nobody has mentioned broken glass, just a whisky bottle as if it was still intact?
He was apparently clear when he did the medical for his Visa just days earlier from what I have read, also he was seen only minutes earlier regarding other injuries. Interesting take on the subject, thanks.

People are blaming the Hotel because he was CONVULSING IN THE LOBBY and instead of helping they carried him back to his room and LEFT HIM ALONE to fall and die. They KNEW he was in danger because of that balcony. If they were scared of him being violent they could’ve AT THE VERY LEAST MAYBE monitored him from a safe distance? The autopsy reports indicated he might’ve been unconscious when the fall happened, meaning if SOMEBODY WAS THERE IT COULD’VE BEEN PREVENTED. It’s not that hard to be kind and have the decency to help someone YOU KNOW is in danger, is why people are mad at the staff. It’s like they shoved him in the room, called 911, and said “not my problem anymore.”

@@karenneill9109 he passed out in the lobby and he was carried up to his room - maybe helped over the balcony to protect the employee who sold or gave him the drugz in the Dove soap box
This case is going to be brought to court. He was definitely murdered in a foreign country. He should not have been left alone! A person confessed that he heard screams, arguments and fights going on in his room! What part are people NOT understanding, gawd! 🤦🏻♀️
I personally think he got into a altercation in his room with someone or multiple people. It went too far and they unalived him or thought they had. They then panicked and threw him off the balcony to make it look like a fall. You just don't have so many injuries from a 3rd floor fall. He would have to have been like a pinball machine bouncing of stuff to get so many injuries and it just wasn't high enough of a fall or enough obstacles for that. I also read somewhere that he was still alive for a short time after the fall.
Also the position he was in on the floor is questionable. If he'd jumped I don't see how he'd end up on his back? Who jumps backwards? Looks like he's been given a leg and a wing as we call it in the UK.
My opinion is Witness says he was having some sort of convulsing fit and in and out of consciousness So my opinion is this the hotel knows who gave him the drugs in the dove soap box and didn’t want the hotel to get a bad name took (carried) him to the room he was dying or already gone and someone carried him to the balcony and put him over to blame his death on drugs and him kicking off all so the hotel don’t get the blame ect
OR.. he was targeted..surely there are cameras that face the court yard...why hasn't anybody from police state that saw those videos. The 25 injuries associated with the fall.. I feel those injuries, especially where they were found on his body, was from an incident with someone who wasn't happy with him 😕 Only Liam knows what really happened and it is really sad... where was the "girlfriend? She's leaving him alone, especially when he was under distress .... Seems off to me as well. I hope they figure it out.
Public service announcement: people when you're drunk or high always remember stay on the ground especially if you're traveling and staying in hotels always remember to get a room on the first floor. That way if you get drunk or high and decide todo something let's say crazy it's alot more safe than oppose to being high on a balcony doing something crazy.

The hotel failed. In NYC, if someone was deemed to be a threat to others or to themselves, EMS would have to be called to take him to the hospital for an evaluation and hold him so he can't hurt himself or others. Allowing that man to go back to his room was wrong and so preventable.

There is a lot of weird stuff about the fall. I just saw another video where they were analyzing the position of his body after the fall. Supposedly his body was not lying under the balconies where it would logically be after his fall, but quite far from there.

There something definitely not adding up here. Like the way they handled Liam and sent it to his room, locking him in there with only balcony he had access to. Not calling an ambulance when he blacked out after he was feeling unwell, they didn’t give him any medical attention that could save his life. The phone call to the dispatcher seem off, how the person talk about the balcony. After worrying about what, he might do to himself. Tell me something in this investigation, that doesn’t seem to make sense at this point.
@@o_huskywolfdean7 yes they literally said in some reports I've heard he blacked out and was having convulsions in the lobby. If that's the case like you said why would they lock him in his room? You must have been living in a cave somewhere in the past 20 years. I'm 44 years old, and obviously, I never listened to One Direction, they're not even my generation. However, I still knew that they were the most popular band of the past 20 years, and a whole generation grew up on their songs. I also knew the band members, including Liam Payne, just because if you live in the 21st century, and have internet and social media, it is impossible not to know about them.
I've considered that 911 phone call to be a bit iffy. The hotel staff member saying about the balcony danger for the guest, to me it sounds like a perpetrator covering up an incident he/she/they have committed. Wasn't it said, that a neighbouring room heard male shouting coming from Liam's room. Has law enforcement even considered there could have been a fight in his room with another hotel guest or staff member hence so many injuries 25 injuries right. I know it is said that Liam fell 30/40 ft off a balcony but come on that isn't such a great height to cause such catastrophic injuries? IMHO there is more to this, than meets the eye! A fall of up to 12m/39-40ft is survivable but could have life threatening injuries unless you land directly on your head. I just don't get it. RIP Liam we are all behind you to find the truth if this was a crime by a perpetrator. PS. I'm no drug user and never have been, but isn't that a lot of drug paraphernalia lying around just for one person?
Not to mention that all his fans reported that he was not drugged up or drunk just half hour before all this happened. And one of the witnesses who was recording everything live is now "missing".
Btw EVERYTHING you just said is absolutely true. I am a ex medical assistant for 17 year's and a forensic psychologist and ex criminal investigator. This was a MURDER.
I wish his family could sue! He repeatedly came down to the lobby and then he convulsed? He should've had an ambulance then and there, he shouldn't have been sent back to his room. And after they send him back for the final time, then they call it in and worry about the balcony???
Exactly, I found it odd. The hotel employee, worried about the balcony later. After they put him back in his room and lock him in, where the balcony is the only thing he had access to. I find this really suspicious, how they were wondering about him. After realising that he had a baling his room.
