ive been trying olly for a week now and i still dont understand how u can even move the finger up so well

Whenever i try to do a Ollie I can’t get it In the air or I do a shuv it

How do I do the Ollie the board doesn’t go in the air

I learnt a shivit first then i did treflip then i did the ollie then when i did the impossible it hit my roof then i think it went beside my bed now i cant find it i do have other ones but some ocf them are broken and some of them are lost and i cant do a kickflip yet but i can do the other tricks

When I Ollie it’s more like both fingers slide forward like a centimeter, both the same distance, so my back finger goes from the very back of the board almost to being over the two screws that come after, while my front finger goes from a little over the middle of the board to touching the first two screws at the other end as well So, pop, slide both fingers a little, then you start to lean both fingers forward, landing the front wheels first, pressing don’t with your index finger, making an arc So, pop with your middle finger, slide both fingers forward, then press down with your index finger (followed by your back wheels + middle finger) in an arc shape, like one arch of the McDonald’s sign lol
