finally! a video for other experts to get something out of! So many tutorials out there take so much more time to explain all of the basics as they go about the tutorial. I understand why they do it, but it's a nice breath of fresh air to have an AE tutorial that isn't constantly telling me every little detail as if it's my first time to open up after effects. I'm sure you've got other videos like that because yeah there's tons of beginners out there. But I'm just saying it's nice to have tuts that cut straight to the chase for those of us that are experienced. subbed!
GRT tutorial as always Josh and I’m lovin’ my Create Pack! I’m still not that experienced in AE and was frustrated w my MacBook Pro running the Create Pack edits sooo slow but Googled speed issues in AE to turn View/Resolution from Full to Quarter screen and now all good!

I have picked same font as yours, everything in characters are same as you got but Design text in my workflow in smaller than the Motion text. Why it looks smaller? I am confused, I have copied everything and made sure nothing is missing. In your workflow both Motion and design looks equally sized but in my workflow design text is smaller than motion text. Can anyone explain why is that happening?

make sure you don't only have the motion blur turned on for the individual layer, but also turned on for the comp as a whole. That might be what you're missing- or that your object isn't moving fast enough to see the motion blur.
