"Ever wonder why the pros slide between shots? to improve the chances of not getting hit" Me a console Peasant: Wait. . .you can slide that fast without running first?
@@rogue9ch this isn't exactly as crazy as its worded here. You can slide instantly on console as well you just have to know the inputs. It's not hard, you won't be able to snap back and forth like pc but you do have the ability to go straight into a slide in the same manner mentioned here
@@strange63635 Neat, but what I'm saying is that a bunch of guys with guns scooting their butts all over the ground while they shoot each other is silly. And the fact that it's somehow also practical is a dumb mechanic for a shooter. About as dumb as the rolling is in Battlefront 2.
Sliding during fire is extremely difficult on controller. Could you make a video on ways to outplay on controller, especially in context to advanced movement?
Idk how there are so many people that don't already know this but, bind ADS and crouch to the same button. Specifically hold zoom & hold crouch on the same button. This way you can tap for a regular slide or hold to simultaneously ADS and pew pew with style 😎😱 💥boom💥 You can now do this with ease and np at all. You know what else? bind Hold Sprint on to the same button you swap weapons with for very easy quick swap glitch. This is a secret so shhhhh
@@HeadlaRed let me see....ive been refining my buttons since the update that gave console more freedom...and to be honest I think I have mine set perfect. Give me a sec and I'll post my buttons. Also I'm on ps4 and just picked up the additional 2 triggers or whatever its called. 20 bucks, made by Sony for the dualshock and I got mine in store no problem and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these for controller players. They have been great for other games too. But yeah keep in mind I have these extra back triggers
Precisions (non slugs) can kill from the same distance as aggressive without having the bullet spread nerf. Get a decently rolled compass rose with full choke to tighten the spread and you’ll be fine. Just because aggressives got hit the hardest doesn’t mean shotguns will die out to fusions or even get close to the point. Lord of wolves, duality, chaperone are all amazing and if you don’t want to use an exotic one then first in and blasphemer both roll with opening shot. 7th seraph shotgun, risswalker, retold tale, and compass rose are all still solid choices and don’t forget king felwinters which is designed still to be the best shotgun in crucible and is still competitive.
All the tips you need: 1: death is inevitable your not God get back up and get back in there. 2: received a you suck or rage message your better than them case closed this is a game. 3: play to have fun like rule 2 it's a game those who are fighting to be the very best like no one ever was are losers and need to get a life its a game have play to have fun or get out and take your toxicity with you!
Some of the best players I’ve played against haven’t been the most skillful ones in terms of aim, but they’ve all had fantastic game sense and movement. So hard to kill! Edit: The taking the uncommon angles one checks out. One of the reasons the “Sky Sniper” build was one of my favorites in D1 was because you could be extremely unpredictable, cutting corners really high up in the air, giving you a height advantage as well as giving you the element of surprise. It was sort of niche but fun and strong when done right. Most people never knew what hit them because they’d be hard scoping on head level in the most common angle instead.
Okay now talk about tips while using a Titan because I hardly ever see these tips being applied by any content creator using anything other than a Hunter, Hunter, Hunter, Dawnblade Warlock, Hunter, Hunter, Hunter smh
These tips are not class-specific, they apply to every class. Sure some of the top tree dawnblade stuff involves floating - but you can even do the same thing on titan with Lion Rampants
tip numba 1 : use the most cheesy weapon in the game tip number 2 : equip felwinter's and push W hard tip numero 3 : if you get killed, don't blame yourself blame bungie and their broken weapons tip nerumero 4 : its your team's fault tip five : Blame the youtube guy for making you play pvp
These tips are great as usual, however sometimes I feel like 75% of the blueberries have no idea what guns to use and what perks to use with that. Or what exotics are good/decent at least. The amount of times I see blueberries using two primary’s and all PvE perks is insane
Love the rock, paper, scissors analogy for building loadouts! I like the idea of having a diverse deck (i like the idea of a toolkit more), especially one that utilizes non meta primaries. Would love a video on top counter builds (handcannon counter, shotgun, snipe, GL, etc)
1. Getting kills? 2. Not dying? 3. Running felwinters? 4. Stasis subclass? 5. Just not being bad? These 5 tips have completely changed my gameplay, def recommend 10/10
My two typical load outs: Outbreak Perfected Found Verdict (Slidshot + Opening shot) Top tree Fists of Yeetus Flash bang grenades Tall wall Strafe jump Insurmountable Skullfort Praedyth’s Revenge (Snapshot) Tarrabah Bottom tree Hammer time Thermite grenades Tall wall Strafe jump Path of the Burning Steps
I've learnt a lot of PvP on paper. I understand a lot of the rock, paper, scissors aspect of D2 gameplay though in practice it feels less like RPS and more like Pokemon where multiple things can beat one thing and the ranges at which that change happen quick. The difference between a SG being the efffective weapon vs a fusion is quite literally a few meters. Also thanks for the tip about HCs. Love them next to pulses. Never thought about sliding between shots. I got a long road ahead. I've spent 2K hous on this game doing all the hard pve stuff and now that I have all the seals and triumphs I want, the only place left to go is PvP and it is rough.
Load out building vs the metta shouldn't be hard considering bungie has NEVER changed the metta 1 time. It has always been hand cannons, shotguns and, cheap 1 hit kill exotics. Destiny takes NO skills to play just use shit 1 hit kill weapons because they flood this game right now. Pvp hasn't been fun in Destiny sense D1.
ALSO: If you’re a steady primary user, then proximity grenades on a grenade launcher is a solid option. Because how often do you find yourself leaving an enemy one-shot and he gets behind cover? Well, just shoot a grenade back there and finish them off!
I noticed as I got back into pvp last night that knowing the boards is the best advantage which ties into most of what you said here. I don't plan to live in pvp long enough to learn those so I guess there's my answer. Also, I played Iron Banner which rewards high power level. Too much as far as I'm concerned. When you fire a 92 stat hand cannon to someone's face you at least hope to take down thier guardian shield if not see their life bar shrink. I clipped a few of these to show my friends. I guess you have to see some reward for sweaty no-life everyday gaming. I know my couple hours after work every day isn't enough. Some of us have real accomplishments and some have every title and tea bag worthy goats of a guardians. I'm happy with my choices. Thanks for the content though. 😆
Not gonna lie I have enjoyed your videos and taken a few these to heart and has improved my gameplay a bit and Also by the way am loving the hell out of strafe jump it's so good!
Number 1: have a better ISP so your server ping isn't quite so garbage (my issue is honestly lag, I took my Xbox to a hotel once and the internet was way better, I was averaging 3 times as good as normal due to my shots hitting when I actually shot and not 3 seconds later)
I find the crucible is trash, so often I am one-shotted, when even after multiple shots their shield hasn't dropped. I found it annoying as hell, especially if I had a better position and accuracy. The other thing that's annoying sometimes is being newer, and the weapons some people, have in this supposed match-making process.
I try to play better but the matchmaking just keep me matching with people with 3kd, i have 0.9 by the way, i play bettere then people on my kd, but not enough for higher kd
I find myself dying a lot. I think it might be due to the fact that my fps is hanging out at about a solid 10 most of the time, buuuuut it could just be that the Cantata-57 is trash despite what RU-vidrs tell me
I've been improving so fast. About 2 weeks ago the most I was ever able to get without getting a single loss in trials was 3 wins, this week I got 5, my kd shot from a 1.01 to a 1.20 and it's insane how fast I'm going. Some of my friends who are of the same skill of me, they've been playing for a very long time, I joined in arrivals and started my pvp love about 5 days before the season ended on arrivals. But, I've improved so fast that I surpassed them and it's so satisfying to be able to play better than I did before.
Would be nice if they implemented a closer tiered system so that it paired you with "like players." The elo system for example. But closing off the tier within 100 points in either direction. Or a set number. Bronze I-IX = 0-999 Silver I-IX = 1000-1999 Gold I-IX = 2000-2999 Platinum I-IX = 3000-3999 Diamond I-IX = 4000-4999 Champion I-IX = 5000-5999
Seriously. It’s really dumb that there are guys who struggle to get 3 kills in a control match, while there are 50 kill players in the same match. It makes new/pve players avoid pvp. Unfortunately, elo is based on wins rather than skill, which doesn’t work well for elimination, or even worse, control.
its just me or everytime i watch this kinda of video, destiny apex pubg warzone r6 cs etc players from background gameplay always play(or move) like a baby but irl (when i playing cruci) they moves like a wild animal or u guys content creator so dmn good until your opponent get angry and just like "F it, ill dead, idc, better next game" lol
If only there was a way to up the range to the last word lol. Im on a massive last word / 1000 yard stare kick. Last word is the best primary in the game in my opinion
You have to use the easy button to compete against the easy button. I can’t even imagine how these developers decided making bad players look good was a good idea. 🤦♂️
I would like to see a video on builds and that has different variance of build you can do to pve to pvp show what you like and what most ppl can use for like a day to day plz and there unique to niche plz with and with out Exotics
On paper this video is great, makes a lot of sense and is helpful. In practice some things like positioning and holding key spots can be lost simply due to you not having teammates that are good enough. You can win a 1v2, v3, v4, etc. by yourself. With it being very clear that sbmm is still in the game there’s a strong chance that you’ll be the best player on your team, if you’re playing solo, and are going against player who my not be as good as you but are far better than your teammates collectively.
