I love your videos, learn so much about ERP implementation! I am a data professional and my main experience is with Oracle HCM data migration (I am 35 years, 10 years of work xp and about 5 years with Oracle HCM implementation, current finishing an experience as Data Migration Lead) but sometimes I get lost on what are the options for next steps if I want to continue on this route. It would be great to see a video helping young professionals, that maybe for now is just focused in a specific stream, to grow into this career. Thank you!
