Great tips Jacob! Most brands are just in a broadcast mindset- just posting and not taking part in conversations. Responding to comments on your own posts is absolutely essential, but for real bonus points, comment on other posts across social media- whether it’s other similar brands, or on top performing posts in your area / same hashtags / influencers in your field / people who comment on your posts.
