@dannysangree6304 I found the translation too. Here's the song in English for end credits. It's kinda cool tbh Creacking is the door so gently Side to side called your name Never ever ever ever open that door Things won't be the same. Crawling is the spider's hand Searching for it's prey Soon you'll be caught next Trapped in the spider's webi
@@sarahtriboix-kamga416 I do not take the word of the creators. I feel they have to state things in the actual media. Don’t get me wrong I do love that they are a gay couple. But there is a difference between text and subtext.
@@dragonscale46 "I don't take the word from the people that actually fucking created the damn media I'm consuming" Also why do gay couples have to be OUTRIGHT stated but a het couple can simply stand next to each other and it's clear as day?
I was theorizing that the other world actually belonged to the cat but the beldam took it over during her time and the cat had to give it up to her and went to the real world and then when she got defeated the cat got his land back
DID YOU KNOW!? when coraline meets Wybie for the first time if u listen carefully u will notice he says something like ‘I’m surprised my grandma let you move in, she owns the pink palace and she doesn’t normally let kids live there’ Coraline: ‘why?’ Wybie: ‘I’m not supposed to talk about that..anyway’ ?? Wybie..what do you know!? Assuming the grandmother knows something about what happened to her sister/the other world?? Number 2 When coraline goes to the other world and has dinner with her other parents, afterwards they talk about playing a game.. Other mother: ‘Hide and seek…in the rain!’ Coraline: ‘what rain?’ When the lighting appears it takes the shape of the hand. JUST THOUGHT ABOUT THIS ONE TOO!! In the other world it’s always dark and the moon is always out even at breakfast time and lunch time.
The story is that A long time ago,a woman named beldam fell into the well and found 'the other world' and there she gained great power of magic, however even with it she couldn't resist the laws of time and got old and weak over time, one point she found out that if that with souls of children she can continue to live and we know that she captured and devoured the children's souls and soon whybi's grandma and her sister was her next victims and when she devoured whybi's grandma's sisters she became full and whybi's grandma managed to survive her wrath and managed to grow up and healthy enough to protect her children But when her grandchildren where born she said "Why where you born,I'm not even strong enough to protectyou" Whybi's grandma wanted to protect her grandchild and made a deal with her by offering another child to her in exchange for whybi's safety and it was croiline was the children
Do you know that the end credits song have an english version? ill sing it ....,......creaking is the door so gently never ever open that door things wont be the same crawling is the spider's hand searching for its prey soon you'll be cought & then trap in a spider's web run and save us yes still near ye' Oh mistress please save our souls creaking is the door so gently never ever open that door things wont be the same crawling is the spider's hand searching for its prey soon you'll be cought and then trapped in a spider's web
I only didn't know the first and last ones. I didn't realize there weren't bugs on the wallpaper in the real world, and I didn't know the song was sung in gibberish. Cool
Making a song about Coraline she’s a peach she’s a doll she’s a pal of mine. She’s as cute as a button when every one sees her. Whenever she goes exploring me and mother will never make it boring our eyes will be on Coraline -other father
Makin up a song about coraline. She’s a peach, she’s a doll, she’s a pal of mine. She’s as cute as a button in the eyes of everyone who ever laid their eyes on coraline. When she comes around exploring mom and I will never ever make it boring, our eyes will be on coraline
Cool fact, that song was written and performed by John Linnell of the indi group "They Might Be Giants" who aslo did the themesong for "Malcolm in the Middle". They were going to do more songs for the movie but sadly script rewites cut most of them.
that is what french sounds like to non french speakers. I speak Portuguese but have been mistaking for speaking Russian even tho the languages sound nothing alike to me. How exposed you are to a language makes a difference to its perception
Caroline also says something off when she’s with her real mother as she leaving in the rain the sentence goes something like this “I won’t be gone for to long” “Oh but I But I will” Perhaps stating that she’s literally leaving for a long time and not coming back she’s even slept in the other world a few Times so she can be screwed. Even everyone at the end of the movies acts differently and says her by her name right like the neighbors and stuff
i think even without the other mother. The other world is always going to exist, there’s a theory discussing how the other mother travelled to the other world by accident, and that now shes is tethered to it and survives by taking children’s souls.
#4 is because she is still in the other world. The cat said “I can only use my powers in the other world.” And he used them there meaning she is still there😮😮😮
Huh... I had never noticed the beetle, thanks. Im pretty sure I may have actually knew the rest already though. additional perspectives and detail inferences, my personal reflections, not arguments: I had always seen the cloud as looking like the hand was scratching the moon. She's not gone and just her singular hand is still wildly dangerous all by itself and it's on her side of the doors. And the cat phasing through to the Other World always implied to me personally that there were still cracks and doors back and forth, there are still plenty of ways through. and a slight potential that the cat is actually considerably more powerful than the Other Mother
They aren't singing in gibberish they're just hanging in the language that you can't understand they're actually saying something and there's a video of what they're actually saying
I thought Caroline never escaped the other world because of the radiator being the same perfect size under the window at the end. I saw a video explaining it, and nobody tried to warn Caroline that she was in danger, aside from the ghosts and the black cat. They weren't referring to the hand but rather the hand was a distraction for Caroline to get rid of the button key so she cannot use the door again to return to her real world. The "real" parents are acting weird on purpose.
Y'all I bet you didn't see the following theory coming! I watched this movie twice before noticing something odd and truly terrifying. When the theater sisters craft the looking stone out of candy, Coraline asks how "100-year-old candy" will help her. I looked a bit closer and realized the candy they used was from 1921. But the movie was made in 2009, not 2021. Therefore Coraline took place about ten years into the future from its release date. You may notice that the Pink Palace is out in the middle of nowhere and very few crowds are seen, in fact you see almost no people at all throughout the movie, even while Coraline goes shopping. Sure, maybe Laika was just a tad lazy with the atmosphere3 in these scenes, but you can't help but wonder if they accidentally foretold 2021 Corona Virus killing off much of the population and leaving behind a barren and poorly populated world......
The stones represents the death of the ghost children. They are lot of hidden clues in this movie. They are frames hidden as well in the movie where the bedlam is with the other father. They are so many hidden horror messages behind coraline I don’t think it has to do with the outside world
