COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL DISHES:
Cracker Barrel Chicken Tenderloin Sandwich
1. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
2. In a large, nonstick skillet, cook chicken tenderloins until done, about 10 minutes.
3. Serve on toasted sourdough bread with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
Grilled Basil Chicken
1. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
2. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat 5-7 minutes on each side. Or bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until done.
Chicken Taco Bowls
1. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
2. Transfer contents of bag to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 4 hours. Remove chicken, shred and return to slow cooker.
3. Serve chicken mixture over prepared Spanish style ready rice with optional toppings, if desired.
Lemon Pesto Chicken Tenders
1. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken in a 13x9-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 25-30 minutes.
3. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese over top of chicken. Bake another 5 minutes. Turn broiler to high and broil 1-2 minutes until cheese browns a bit.
4. Serve with rice or over pasta with extra pesto, if desired.
Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
1. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
2. Place contents of bag into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Stir in lime juice.
3. Serve over rice, tortillas or tortilla chips, if desired.

I'm not much of a freezer meal maker as my freezer space is prime real estate but I know others who would love this. I'm not crazy about all of the plastic. Do you have videos showing how to do this without the plastic? Thank you in advance.

We don’t have any videos of that specifically. However, you can use any freezer container you’re comfortable with! We use the bags because they take up less space.

Would have been helpful to see how you prepared it from the freezer. Slow or pressure cooker, how long. How well does it turn out?
