So interesting about Digestive Enzymes, as I don’t have a gall bladder I struggle with enzyme absorption and I get low in Vit D, as this definitely impacts on immunity and energy levels.

I don’t use any seed oils either, except the occasional splash of toasted sesame seed oil in an Asian style dish. I justify it by telling myself it’s healthier than take-out Chinese with msg, soy(bad for me), cornstarch (allergic), etc.
When the company sponsors an influencer, clothes are given to them free of charge. Women with average income cannot afford the items to add to their wardrobe.
Quality doesn't come cheap. You should spend more for basics because they will last far longer than cheap fast fashion. Figure cost per wear and it's worth it.

Good catch! ...and that's just a fraction of reasons why, (in my educated opinion) these snacks are as unhealthy as they come😬 Just bc a processed 'food' (and I would not categorize these as a 'food' anyway)... but, just their absence of seed oils... does not make these a good 'snack' alternative. Frankly, they aren't even a harmless source of 'empty' calories. They've exchanged one known 'baddy' for a couple of others in this so-called 'healthy' snack.🧐 (or maybe touted as 'not harmful' 🤷♀️?- IDK🙄 The trickery of the processed food industry has not lessened at all - they've simply become more clever. Why am I not surprised at this latest form of trickery? Anyhow, here's the catch with Avocado oil... All oils have their 'smoke point'. Granted, Avocado oil's reported smoke point is one of the higher ones. BUT (!) - the very high temperature these potato slices require, to make them crispy, is well beyond Avocado oil's smoke point. Exceeding any oil's smoke point, in any cooking process, results in the production of Transfats. This is a known fact of fundamental chemistry. I presume this is a well-known fact in the food industry...being filled with food chemists who cook up these ideas in order to trick the consumer into thinking they are eating a healthy source of 'empty calories'. These snacks, I am sure, are labeled '0 transfat'. The manufacturer can get away with that labeling bc these snacks are not cooked with 'transfats', per se. However, any (& all) fats are easily converted to transfat the minute it is heated beyond its smoke point!😮 And, yes it appears that Kimberly also missed the maltodextrin ingredient (simple carb) in the labeling. Not sure why Kimberly is even pushing these snacks, anyway? I did think she said she no longer snacks, nor has a craving for snacks bc of her high-protein meals that keep her satiated. (her recent, 'what I eat in a day' video.)
That is exactly how I feel.. I always say I need one skirt or dress in case I have to go to a funeral. I know that sounds awful, but I'm from the south and you have to look nice for that😂
Very few people dress like that anymore. Funeral dress code has gone casual, so has weddings. Lily Silk clothing is out of reach for most. The cost of everything has gone up in the past two years. Food, gas, rent, mortgage, utilities cost. Just too out of reach. By the way, who wears a blazer living in Florida?
I would tend to disagree - more women still look nice when attending a funeral, church, wedding or other special occasion. There’s only a few who do not take a little extra time to try to wear something a little bit nicer for such an occasion- and, they usually look “out of place.” A nice blouse and slacks or a dress can be purchased at the Goodwill or thrift store for under $6.00. 😇
I bought Avene back in Aug 2023 and I’m still using the same bottle. I use one pump every day. It has gone up in price since last year so I bought Naturium retinal .1% and like it, too, and it’s less expensive. The Ordinary 2% is strong for first time users.
When I had my session with Connie she put me on Enzymedica Digest Gold with STPro for my digestive Enzyme. I take one with every meal. I noticed this product and the one you take have different ingredients so I don't know which one is better. This product is also available on Amazon. I get the 240 capsules. It's not cheap and a bit frustrating every time I go to repurchase the price goes higher. I was just about to order The Ordinary new Retinol product to increase from the one I was using. Yes much better price. But we will see. Have to watch Kimberly every Sunday so now jump off & start my Easter cooking preparations. It's my no watching what I eat day. I’m currently using the Ordinary Retinal 0.2% Emulsion, have been for 2 weeks. I have used the Naturium 0.1%, and the Geek and Gorgeous 0.1% for several months with good results prior to the Ordinary Retinal. The Ordinary Retinal is twice the strength at 0.2%. Be cautious with doubling your Retinal strength. I have not used the Avene though I believe it is 0.1%.

Hi! Just wondering if you’ve used the retinol prescription from a derm and if so does the avene one work better?? Or if anyone else has? I use the obaji one from my dermatologist and I really don’t think I see a difference. Also I LOVE taupe eye sticks! If anyone remembers Ultima makeup they had a color called perfect taupe that was the best!!!!
Be aware that the Retinal from The Ordinary is very potent, it is 0,2%. The Avene is 0,1%. Do not use The Ordinary Retinal every day unless you are used to retinol or Retinal. Geek & Gorgeus has two Retinal products: A-Game 0,05%, good for beginners, and A-Game 0,1 % good for experienced users.
The Lilysilk outfits are beautiful, imo. BUT! are you pinning fabric in the back for a better fit in front? (-a trick used by models in front-only photography) I can't imagine why we are seeing a one-dimensional perspective - frontal with a bit of side-to-side swaying -??? In this fashion show? Why not a full turn-around in the outfits with a short walk to, and away from the camera? ... to show how these outfits fit in the rear, and get a good sense of how this fabric responds to movement -? 🤔
