The 2015 alonso electrocuted by his mclaren conspiracy was also a fascinating story whether it's true or not but to just imagine that fernando went time traveling back to being his 10 year old self again is a really funny story to me lol
Realistically, I do not think he fell off that much. I think it was always more about just the worst possible choices at a time back to back with the worst cars.
Then he drove the best races of his life basically. No idea how that happened, but he went through hell and back with his ribs having been hammered by the crash.

I'm surprised but not shocked that wasn't mentioned, because I was expecting it to be talked about in this video, but at the same time... There are so many F1 Stories to talk about that we don't not know yet And/or Forgot about them.
That last one really fascinated me. I'd actually watched that video a while ago, but Michael at McLaren... with hindsight, wouldn't have worked. Michael would've wanted the team built around him, while Ron would've wanted total control. We got a glimpse of what might've happened when Alonso joined the team, at least, that's my opinion.

About the Hamilton Ferrari thing. Alonso said in a Spanish podcast that in 2014 Mercedes wanted to trade Hamilton for Alonso, Ferrari didn't want to because they wanted to renew his contract till 2019 but Alonso was looking for other teams instead. We could've seen Alonso at Mercedes, let's not forget that Toto Wolff has huge respect for Alonso.
@@yuto5636 cuz he’s always been extremely jealous and salty towards Hamilton Rookie Lewis embarrassed the reigning champion and Alonso was so upset he would deliberately screw with Hamilton in qualifying so he wouldn’t have enough time to go out and set a pole lap. Something I’ll never forget is Alonso fans in Spain showing up to the Race in blackface holding signs calling Hamilton a monkey and Alonso never condemned the blatant racism In 2014 Lewis matched Alonso in titles and I’m sure classic salty Alonso made up more bs about Mercedes actually wanting him Alonso’s a cheater and a liar his whole career he’s been surrounded by controversy and scandals
I don't think so because Niki Lauda and Ross Brawn both wanted Hamilton to join Mercedes .Niki Lauda even went to the extent of going Hamilton's hotel room which was the Singapore 2012 that was their 1st contact and even phoned called Hamilton's mom and all . I don't know how true it is but I read somewhere that Alonso and Vettel were asked to join Merc in 2017 but they declined since Vettel wanted his Ferrari dream and Alonso wanted to stick with McLaren .
Alonso was swapped out by visitors on this trip to Africa. That's why his talent hasn't depreciated a bit and he hasn't aged since then. The aliens are currently keeping the original Alonso for genetic tests on planet Pollux b.
In my head, I always think it'd be hilarious if Alonso being electrocuted in 2015 sent his mind back 10 years for a few moments but also permanently sent his body back 10 years as well to explain his still rapid ass pace today
@@MadeByPerspective from what i understood, Senna would have retired after racing with Ferrari, though how long he would have kept going? would we have seen Schumacher ever go to Ferrari? i say it would be far different story but no doubt, Senna would have won at least title or two more, equaling Fangio's record.
I don't think Senna would stay much time at Ferrari as Michael did, and probably get retired aroun 96~97. After that period, I still think Ferrari would sign up Schumacher, just because he was the guy of the moment. If stop to think about, maybe Senna would have won the title at Williams, but he would never won at those poor Ferrari from mid 90s, then Schumacher would still won some Championship at benneton, cause they had a good car, and there was no competition to them (*or Schumacher as driver atleast).
@@MadeByPerspective Also - Schumacher-Senna Line-up would be very interesting indeed. (If there tho, because I'm not sure how things would play out when if Senna was at Ferrari and Schumi was in the verge of leaving Benetton.)
One story quite popular in my country: In 2005 Kubica, despite using computer very rarely, got into the Polish championship finals in Colin McRae rally game. During the finals he was the "new guy", using custom setup, without own computer in home and after the run he said that it could've been better. Overall, he was placed p5 or p6, but some times later it was spotted, that due the mistake in a counting, he was lower than he should be. After it was corrected, he got P1. Other players were salty about it - the were arguing on the forum and were accusing Kubica of cheating (they were taking that rivarly really hard, and Kubica was a new guy in "their" competition. And on that forum, even f1 expert, nowdays very popular and respected in Poland was defending Robert). After all, Robert was just disappointed - he was playing just for fun, after all this mess he even wanted to give his rewards back.
Man, idk why but Kimi pretending to be James Hunt in a race just made me spat my drink😂 I know Kimi looks up to James but he brought it to a new level😂 Bwoah
Just wanted to say a massive thank you for always posting such amazing and well researched content whilst still giving your voice a chance to shine. I appreciate all the effort you put in and it really shows 🙌
During parking seems much more likely than the plane hitting a building during takeoff. Think about it, no buildings would be that close to the runway.
I think it was around the 2021 Austrian GP. And the Ferrari SF70H (I think?) was being used, but then the driver locked up and hit a mechanic. Which injured him badly. Ferrari then told us that he was being cared, and we didn't had to worry. Not sure whats happening now tho.
Just imagine Seb just obliterating everyone from 2010 to 2013 with RedBull and then from 2014 to 2020 at least with Mercedes. Just imagine Seb being a 10 time Formula One World Driver Champion 🔥
I mean, Mercedes has been loosing some key personnel in the past 2 or 3 yers. If they continue to struggle with this season's car and Ferrari sort their problems out, Lewis could very well still move to Ferrari.
Yeah, the Ellen DeGeneres show WAS one of the most famous talk shows... Until everything came out in the wash about its host. Then it became even more famous for all the wrong reasons.
Sir Jack Brabham had a few stories about flying like one time he had to smuggle a fellow driver out of a country in his plane and another time how the engine cut out mid flight now you wouldn't get that from any of the drivers these days. And the other thing imagine Senna at Ferrari I reckon his championship record would still be standing
The Alonso story is bs. How could the plane have hit a building during takeoff? If that happened everyone would have died and it would have been easily the most outstanding moment in aviation history and for it to be swept under the rug doesn't make sense at all.
Imagine Senna and Schumacher both building the Ferrari team in the late 90's into the dominant force it became in the early 2000's. I think Ferrari would have won a lot of constructors titles even though Williams and McLaren were faster in the late 90's, just because Schumi and Senna would have been so much better than the rest of the field. However, the tension between the two as team mates would have been pretty surely explosive.
I can't have imagined Schumacher moving to Ferrari had Senna still been alive. He would not have settled for number 2 at the Scuderia after winning 2 world championships with Benetton the previous 2 years. (Providing Senna didn't win them in the Williams) Let's say Senna retired around 98/99, and then I think Schumi would have gone to Ferrari by at least 2000 by that point Another interesting factor that would have emerged from this scenario would be that David Coulthard would have never gotten the drive with Williams and may not have been as successful as he was in F1
@@connorappleton1945 I agree, what I suggested was completely hypothetical. I think that Schumi was never go to a team where he would have been a number two and where he wouldn't have had the undisputed number one status. Still, Senna and Schumacher being team mates is still a very interesting scenario to to think about hypothetically.
You don't have to be aviation expert to figure this obe out... Planes don't hut buildings on takeoffs because there aren't buildings near runways, closest buukding to a plane taking off would be so far that if you're hitting those, you're crashing.
On the topic of Hamilton's 2014 visit to Maranello: Fernando Alonso said in an interview back in 2016, that an Alonso-Hamilton swap was considered at some point during 2014. To be more precise, Alonso said "at that point of the season the circumstances for the idea arose, but Ferrari didn't want to do it, they (Ferrari) were also negociating with me a contract extenstion until 2019, which in the end, did not convince me" He said it in an invervew but that was completely in Spanish so it might have gone under the radar for most of the English-speaking community If you want to search it the inverview is 58 minutes long by the RU-vid channel of Cadena SER, published in Dec. 2016, have in mind there's no English translation so unless you can understand Spanish it might be pointless for you to check the original
Senna wanted to free himself from Williams just 2 races into his contract? They would talk after Imola? That Montzemolo story seems a bit too convenient.
And the most memorable story is Redbull Cheating 2021 by overloads of upgrades, And Abu Dhabi final when crooked race director Michael Masi broke F1 rules just for Max to Win the championship on last lap
