Beautiful cards!..and.a twofer!...when u die cut the big thanks, I said oh noooooooo don't spoil that beautiful card front, but I love how u made a 2nd card from the word die cut. Thanks for reminding me to use acetate with alcohol inks.

Those are great ideas. I have pretty much a lifetime supply of acetate. I use it, but it seems like I never make a dent in the stack :) I am thinking of doing an acetate background with alcohol ink or the markers for a background and a cover plate die over the top. I wonder how much you could see the adhesive on the alcohol marker card if you used double-sided adhesive sheets. That works for vellum. It might work for the acetate that you colored on as well. In that case, I can do the cover plate idea but have the acetate on top. I'll give it a try. I really struggle with alcohol ink. I bought quite a lot of products and was very excited about trying it, but tend to not like anything I make. I have been binge-watching Jennifer McGuire and others, but I'll just throw it out there that maybe you will do a video on that topic someday.

Thanks, Olivia! I will definitely put alcohol inks on my list of video ideas. I agree, I think double sided adhesive would work pretty well under the acetate. Let me know how it goes. Would love to see your finished project. 🙂

I love using alcohol inks on acetate....it gives it a beautiful stained glass look! I think I may be one of the only people that isn't crazy about the pearls. I like the effects everyone else gets with them, but I never like them when I do. Good thing I only have 2 of them lol. Acetate is so fun to use for cards but man, is it ever hard to photograph lol. That big thanks die is awesome! Thanks for sharing :)

I LOVE alcohol inks...on everything! Acetate, yupo, & VELLUM too. I too have that C&9 Big Thanks set. I actually got it as a guest designer so i was SUPER excited. Its a fantastic diverse set. Beautiful cards❤
