I remember when I was a kid, my cat passed away and I watched my dad bury him in our garden, I cried all night until all of a sudden I felt pressure by my feet and heard the jingle of his bell in my room. I knew he came back to say goodbye to me one last time and it made me cry even more, but I knew he would be going to heaven. RIP Manuel.

The voice-over mentions "mayonesas" (mayonnaises), so those were more likely jars of mayo than cans of something (unless mayo is canned there)...so the employee was likely off to find some way to clean up glass and mayo.

I had a paranormal experience with my cat. She'd been my little buddy for about 7 years and passed away suddenly. I was completely devastated but the night after I was about to go to sleep and I swear I heard her sweet little meow and felt her fur against my arm where she usually lay. That really comforted me, it was like she came back to reassure me she'd be ok. 😖

The Hotel one looks staged. Notice how she turns her back in both instances. Also, her dialog reminds me of someone who's just rambling for time trying to sound innocent.

So, I re-watched that clip. It's definitely hoax! A few reasons. 1) She opens the door from Left to Right in the first part and then when the door opens it opens right to left. Unless she was looking through a mirror.. impossible. 2) her reaction to the clothes .. was very delayed - anyone would have reacted to it much faster 3) when she turned off light in the begging you can tell there was a splice in the video.. a very good place to do that.. because the video goes completely black. Calling BS!
So there are 2 very contradictory thoughts on this. Some people say that the fewer people there are the less intimidated the spirit will be so it's more likely to mess with you. Then there are others that say the more people the more energy the spirit has to draw from to manifest itself. I'm kinda in the middle on this topic I'd take a few people with me but then split off to investigate alone or in groups of 2. I've gotten evidence doing it either way though so whatever makes you feel more at ease. You could even bring a group and have one person at a time go in.

My better half my best friend saw this video and decided that we needed to trek from Pensacola, Florida to San Antonio,Texas to explore this haunt ourselves. It was totally worth it, we were gifted with a "ghost tour" of the reportedly most haunted rooms. This place is beautiful, the restaurant has amazing food and there was a ton to see at the hotel and surrounding it. We didn't have any experiences that could be construed as paranormal. It really was an amassing experience, even if the haunted occupants were shy during our visit.
