Honestly it makes TOTAL sense! What our bodies need to survive and thrive *should* exist in nature, and I bet it feels way better to rely on real foods than bottles ;)
Most fruits and vegetables can offer some benefit. However there are anti inflammatory diets that people can try. I’d ask your rheumatologist what would work for you. Hope that helps!
@@DrZainMD I did adopt a gluten free, dairy free diet two months ago and it is super hard as my eating was very order out/ fast food type. Also gave up my 2-3 daily diet cokes! I notice some improvement ( especially as I have chronic GI issues too). Sugar is hardest for me to give up and rheumatologist says that causes inflammation.
