Morning routine habits in a nutshell: 1) WAKE UP WITH YOUR ALARM. Before going to bed think of something that are going to do the next day which is exciting. 2) EXERCISE: Early morning walk in nature is invigorating. Go out for walk without your phone. 3) GRATITUDE: You are part of something that is bigger than yourself. Be prepared to seize the day and make it count. 4) LEMON WATER & LOTS OF WATER: Have a couple of glasses before and after you go for walk. 5) COLD WATER BATHING: It will increase your alertness, motivation level and keep stress level normal. 6) READING: Read a self help book or listen to an audio book or catch up news events for about 30 minutes. BARRIERS TO A FOCUSED ROUTINE: 1) Looking at mobile first in the morning. 2) Scrambled bed: If you want to change the world, start by making your bed. 3) Long 'to do list' : Make a list of only 1 big thing 'to do' item and 1 big 'to be' item. THREE MORNING HACKS: 1) Download and switch on to educational podcasts. 2) Just begin!: Act of beginning motivate your brain to complete that activity. 3) Have a good sleep: Brush your teeth, keep your mobile away, plan for the next day and get to bed on time.
