I have started reading Brian Tracy's books in the mornings and spending 15-30 min a day on focusing on my goals. It is a life changing exercise. Thanks a lot for sharing this priceless techniques.

Any book written by Mr Tracy is worth while getting. MIRACLE OF SELF DISCIPLINE is such a book, follow every word that's written and you'll stay on track, another one this books I have found very useful in life is CRATE YOUR OWN FUTURE.

Brian, I am a huge fan. You are part of why I was able to get over my anxiety around driving got my license, became a coffee master, and then went off and got my two year now about to graduate with my four year. To be a life long learner. Do as successful people do. Eat that frog. And of course the ABCDE PRIORITIES. and make a goal come up with twenty questions and awnsers to complete it. Devoted fan :)

Self-discipline is like a muscle: the more you work on developing it and using it, the stronger it will become.

What helped me the most in the past was "breaking things down into manageable work packages" - makes all the difference!

I can understand and imagine sir brain Tracy is so self discipline, he created RU-vid channel on 9 may 2007 and he is continuously updating good videos for us and for our better future. Best example 🤗 me.

Self-discipline is really tough as it means saying no to things you want now for things you want later. It's like trying to stick to a plan even when you really want to do something else, which is so hard.

Its 2022 i have decided to start the journey with self discipline to achieve better academic result and get better at guitar.

To produce result, we must have self-discipline in every tasks we do. Often times accomplishment is the barometer of our success but by what we should accomplished in doing our best echoed our self-discipline.

I keep on coming back to this RU-vid Channel to refuel my motivation to maximise my life.

sir, i have read your book "NO EXCUSES" and it has changed my life.

self discipline is a personal commitment. its a step by step journey.

These 5 are like a perfectly balanced meal. Nothing more needed. Nothing left out. All working in conjunction with the other. For me. The one thing I know I can do with ease... and ease is a very important thing in my current situation... the one thing I can do with ease is go grocery shopping (not when I am hungry), buy healthy foods, not buy unhealthy foods and just stay in and eat the healthy foods that I cook. In addition to this; I seem to have no compulsion to wake up while I am sleeping (sleeping hours) to eat except for drinking water. Food is going to be the first step in loosing weight and more specifically body fat. I have already lost 6kg from Christmas after putting on about that much during all of the eating I did. #easy #environment

Hi Brian, thanks for sharing this video. I recently had gone through a corporate self training in make meetings work and tackle time management troubles through eleventure. There I have learnt the definition given by you on self discipline, which is a really an eye opener. As you said Self discipline is the foundation of any other skill be it time management, etc. I will definitely implement & apply Remove temptation and focus on your why techniques going forward and rest are also good which I am applying in my job. Thank you for this video! I'm focusing on becoming a better student in terms of habits. I get good grades but I crunch studying and all and that causes various issues with grades being lower than they should be (95 when they can be 98) and I have less free time even though I have more than I think.

I always fear off, postpone, hate spending money which holds me from fulfilling my basic need. I create self discipline for spending money (purchasing the basic needs)

My first goal is to improve my health. I am dedicated to this task. I feel myself better, but my mood is down because now I know my health problems after visiting doctors and analyses. I still want to avoid surgery. I hope I can do it. Of course not everything is in our ability, but I can do some stuff that can help it. I at least I would know that I tried. My second goal is to create RU-vid channel. My third goal is to increase my income. My fourth goal is to find a partner.

I have internet addiction. I know it ruins your brain but due to lockdown I can’t go to gyms or dance class ect. I try to leave the phone alone until night time but as soon as I touch it I’m hooked again. It’s terrible but I need to push forward, I can’t let another year go by without accomplish my goal and that is to end the addiction.

Looking good: last February I read your book No Excuses, the power of self-discipline definitely a life changer Why does my lack of self-discipline make 15 minutes feel like an hour and a half. You got to work the muscle to build the muscle. I think one of the most difficult things in the world is doing what you must do when you need to do it if you feel like it or not. But with more repetition we will love it like Brian Tracy. Why does growth have to hurt, oh that's right my caveman brain wants to conserve brain power lol for what I dont know
