I hope you guys got some good ideas on what to pack in your school lunch! I saved a ton of money buying food in a grocery store verus buying food out. I calculated it and i saved $60 all together! My favorite meal in this would have to be the sandwich with the banana and yogurt because its super nutritional. Youre getting protien, veggies, fruit, and vitamins from the banana. For pete's sake people, NOT EVERYTHING IS HEALTHY. We all know that bread has carbs, but that's your energy. Cheese, meat and yogurt is dairy and protein, which helps the energy last longer. Fats help nutrients get into your system. These days, nobody treats themselves. Who doesn't like a cookie once in a while?

when you actually have a clue about health and you are cringing at this video. It's horrible that you are calling these things healthy when you know absolutely nothing about health. would you calm down? it's SCHOOL. a place we go to learn and get better at our education. not some vegan health plan while we are sitting in our pj's at home watching Netflix. at least strawberries and salads are healthier than chips and Nutella sandwiches. at school we basically just get 1 to 3 times a day to eat. so yeah peanut butter isn't a healthy choice but at least we are not snacking on cookies or something like that. not being rude but I agree and disagree.

You could freeze the strawberries for the water so you don't need to add ice and it helps release the nutrients!

You can make it organic if you want to.. There are such things as organic cereal, bread, cream cheese, etc... Just go to your local Sprouts then all of this is extremely healthy..

Mustard is high In sodium Chobani flavored yogurts have a lot of sugar White bread & Bagels will break down into complete sugar in your body Cream cheese is loaded with unhealthy saturated I guess for younger kids this isn't the worst of lunches to bring to school but if your goal is to stay fit and healthy these recipes aren't very substantial.

Sofia Solis Use hummus instead of mustard! It's healthier because it's not as processed and all natural. Use greek yogurt instead of chobani yogurt, whole wheat bread, bagels, or wraps as a substitute for the white breads. Cream cheese is also realllllyyy bad, and it's hard to find a substitute for it, so I'd suggest just lowering the quantity and looking for a low fat one (:
