We'll be discussing in this video how to know if your ex misses you during No Contact or if you are in contact with them. Specifically, we'll be going over a few things that your ex will be doing unconsciously if they miss you.
These are going to be things that your ex may not be aware that they are doing, but these are all things that will help you figure out how to tell if your ex misses you or not, whether you are in contact with them, or doing No Contact right now.
Your ex is motivated by certain emotions that they feel. These emotions drive them to do or say certain things. And if your ex is doing or saying certain things, it reasons to say that there are certain emotional elements in place under the surface.
That's what we're going to be examining in this video. So sit back, watch and see if any of these things are things that your ex may be doing right now.

I think your wife did good on your hair also you should do a video that talks more about riding the dragon and what to do during that stage and had to get them past it. My ex is talking to me more but she still has a quite a bit of reactants against me but mainly for not having a job but it's hard during this pandemic.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

I have been in such a situation. My relationship ended about three years ago, but i could not let her go. So i had to do all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back. We are back together, and i must say i am enjoying every moment.

He’s done 4 out of 5. The only one he didn’t do is talk negatively about our past (in front of me anyway, he’s told me he’s cycled through sadness and anger and hope after I left). But he is severely recreating our time together with someone else, down to the same content, even the same created character in one game. But would reminisce with me about funny moments in the past about this game. I dunno, maybe he does miss me the way I miss him. I do want him too. I hope he’s just holding back his feelings as opposed to not having any at all, and I don’t want to get the wrong idea.

Me and my ex have been on and off for 4 years now. The last time we were together it lasted 8 months.. but I finally had to leave 6 days ago now.... because he started cheating and lying.. which is how he has pretty much always been... he text me and i didn't text back so he text, "Never mind bye." This last time we were together he was very closed off and constantly, CONSTANTLY accusing me of the craziest things... (like sleeping with everybody he knows, which was a constant argument). He constantly put me down and at times got physical when I wasn't even doing anything wrong... we were going through a bad time this last time, because we lost our place to live and were homeless. I thought he might appreciate me being there and going through it with him, but he didn't. He treated me very badly and made all his friends hate me too .. and family... I know this might be a stupid question.... but was it just because we were going through a hard time... or was it just the end already? I've heard to move on from every one i know... I'm just denying that it's over i guess.... Is there anything i can do now to make him realize what he lost with me? No one has stuck it out with him longer. but he was always saying he wanted someone younger and fresh... ew... yesterday was his birthday... i thought he would have made some kind if contact... But no..... how do i let this go??

The 4th one for myself.. it's failing for her and she's slowly turning around.. I upgraded myself from homeless to independent man and growing my life's mind body and soul... It took 131 days of NC but we finally talked. She actually broke NC on day 120 but I didn't know it. I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for my sister going behind my back and reaching out to her (I wasn't pleased about that but hey, it all turned out ok). My sister said sh responded immediately after contacting my ex. Almost as if she was sitting by the phone. I guess she told my sister that she contacted one of her friends to ask how she (my sister) was doing? Odd lol. She took blame for the breakup. Then she told my sister that she tried to message her but she blocked (true). My sister didn't probe her for info and my ex was just talking away about her life and everything going on. Using lots of !!! and mentioned she tried to message me she hoped I was doing well? She said I read it and didn't reply (reading messages on my phone when I first wake up is not a good thing. I barely know what I'm looking at but she was right, she did message and broke NC before anyone reached out to her). So after my sister told me this, I responded but kept it very low key. My ex read and responded immediately and then was doing what she did with my sister. My ex apologized within the first 2 messages about everything. Going on and on about her life with excitement and using lots of !!! and mentioned she is how able to listen to 2 of my favorite bands again. I found that odd to say. She even threw out a subtle comment of possibly doing lunch some time. Near the end of our text, she let me know that she didn't hate me and she cherished the good times we had. So on the surface, it sounds like all good things. Maybe she misses me? and maybe she doesn't? I'm keeping my expectations low and realistic. That conversation was 2 days ago and I haven't heard anything since. Maybe it was just a form of closure for her through text but either way, as good as that was, I'm not chasing her or texting her. If she's really interested, she'll contact me again. Long story but NC works. That was a hard 131 days but it did get easier.

I cant really figure out my ex, we broke up in good terms but I couldnt stop chasing her. So for a few months I texted her called her everything and emailed her expressing how much I loved her. She instantly was speaking to a new guy. She got w him after a month of talking and they’ve been together for two months. Although we broke up in good terms, she always goes around talking about me. We did have a good time, but she tells the whole world that I was toxic etc etc i was a dickhead etc etc. But when I do message her and check up to see if shes okay sometimes shes rude and pushes me away, sometimes she actually speaks to me. I dont go around telling anyone she was my ex, but she seems to brag and tell everyone that I was her ex. The other day, I messaged her telling her to not tell people I was her ex, she started getting frustrated and kept asking “then what the fuck were we?”. I told her I had a new girl and then she got mad and said “u think u can act like this cuz u got a girl” then blocked me. But the thing is she never messages me or contacts me. Its always me who checks up on her. So I dont even think she misses me anyways.

But I'm going thru the same shit right now...I love her I think..and I've seen 3 girls in the last year and went on dates and all that ..she claims she hasn't but theres a "friend" who's a guy who's name pops up from time to time but hes a scrub and not her type and I told her that so either way shes not gonna tell me and she never said I was right about anything so I screwed myself with honesty again..were trying the no contact thing but I'm up and down everyday so have a hard time committing to that at this time and I know it sounds weird after already being involved with other rebounds but this time is harder than ever and the shit sucks..

Won't speak to me, not dating, won't give me my stuff, won't take our house keys? Is it better for her to be mad still or indifferent? Hey Clay, My ex shows all 5 of these signs.. we got very close again over last 2 months but she felt guilty and uncomfortable since she has a boyfriend (I thought was a rebound, but they seem serious and she wants it to work out etc, they were good friends before)... and then told me she cant be close with me as its not right.. what do I do here? Do I give her space? She barely talks to me now, maybe a couple texts a day when before it was hours of conversation everyday :(

You can activate your communication with her and ask: Let me know if I'm too intrusive. (If you are afraid that she might block you.) Or to take a risk and not to ask. Be bold and show some action! Women like bold men who are not afraid to take a risk and fight for them.

Michael Moore if u still want her back u should interact with her in a smart way not a needy way, u want to show her through your action that u are a new u not through words and text. If u were the one that made mistakes in your relationship then the no contact isn’t gonna work, she will just move on to her rebound.

I disagree with point five. 8:58. Individuals with high agreeableness tend to be quite empathetic and that causes them to try to keep you safe from suffering caused by their rejection. They might truly believe the are helping you by keeping this contact casual and sheltering you from the harsh truth that the have moved on. Having said that there are variables to this behaviour regarding sex and age. There's a huge majority of narcissistic individuals that will do this just to play you like a fiddle. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

Dear Geek, I can give you a woman's point of view here. First possibility is that she is just curious, but she has thought about you for sure. The other possibility is that most likely she would like to have you back,but doesn't want to be the initiator because it is natural that men pursuit women. I personally think she's waiting for your move and step up to have the good times back that she's missing now. Anyway,she'll cool down if you leave it the way it is, because women need a lot of proof to be convinced in your deep feelings for her (even if she was the one to break up with you for some reason). To see the proof of your love is in our nature, the survival instinct. I hope you'll show her your happiness communicating with her. There is nothing more powerful and fascinating than falling in love with someone who is sincerely happy to see us. All the best!

We were broke up for 8 years. During that time she would reach out randomly..sending me pics, etc. I never sent her a pic or ever acted interested..not once. I’m pretty sure she reached out every time she was single again. Cut to 6 weeks ago. She asked me to come visit. I’m single..so 3 weeks ago I did. I had no feelings before. Then they came back. We talked for 8 hours, and I left her with a kiss on the cheek. We planned an overnight stay a week later.i went we cuddled, kissed, and sex and sex again. And cuddled all night after. And then I go home, and basically it all ended and ghosted. I mean she would respond if I texted her..but she stopped communication. Doing all that stuff we did, I got feelings back. I’m not in love, but I could tell I could get back to that place..it sucks. I was happy and didn’t want her back. And this just fucked with my head. I’m too proud to reach out to her. It’s over and it is what it is.

I never realized it was going to be my turn one day. She suffers from BPD. Heard she has a new man in her life. Vy Le No contact for a month (or two), then call her once and see if she'll answer your call. Do not text! Even if she won't answer your call,don't text! She'll wonder anyway what was that you were about to tell her. She might reach out to you after your call,but probably not before. If she answers your call just talk and listen to her. Don't beg or appologise anymore for past mistakes! You already did it.Concentrate on having a nice conversation,being sincerely interested in her life. Sometimes people need some time to cool down to see things from distance and they change their mind, yet time has passed and they assume that you have probably moved on with your life, that's why women don't reach out. It is natural that men pursuit and fight for women ,and women need consistancy.

Listen to her feelings, she says she needs space so that is when you start no contact. Means don't make effort in reaching out, but simple response if she does. Its the hardest thing to do but you'll most likely get the results you want. Meanwhile focus on yourself, become who you always dreamed of being. Only fear will get in your way. You can do it!

Titles like this are the most UNHEALTHIEST titles !!! Lots of youtubers (just to get more views) these days are taking advantage of VULNERABILITY of people who are the victims of unhealthy relationships. This type of titles screws with naive people's minds, creates nothing but PAIN !! Instead people like Clay if they are genuine should make videos teach people how to be a GOOD human. I advice to people who are going through separation, divorce etc instead of feeding your mind with unhealthy food, just focus on yourself. There are lots of good resources on youtube to help you with improving yourself, re creating confidence and self esteem by becoming a spiritual person, practicing meditation, etc. Remember!!! Your time is gold !! Your ex/past relationship is past, Do you wanna live in the past???!!! Never ever waste your life on analyzing your ex/past relationship etc...Remember! If universe wants you two be together again???He or she will come back to you, you do nothing at all. Just live in the present. cheers!
