i've pretty much had one a day for the past few years. Still kickin' with no side effects to report (except caffeine headache if i don't have one for a few days.)

Long term excessive abuse would fuck your liver up. 5 years with having 2+ almost daily i generally believe my stomach is fucked from drinking these with no food.

Hey, I've been drinking them for awhile. 5 hr extra strength shots. Works great. Just don't abuse the use of it.
