I agree, that's also how I feel about portishead " it could be sweet" If had to listen to a song for the rest of my life it would be this one or portishead " it could be sweet"
This is one of the few groups I have heard use autotune like an actual instrument and not like a crutch, or a way to disguise bad singing. Very ethereal otherwordly stuff.
I look at you And before my eyes it's true The girl of my dreams Is not quite what she seems Open your door Turn on the light Show me some more Tell me it's alright Heaven is inside you Heaven when I ride you Heaven do you want me Is heaven just in my mind? I look at you At everything you do The words in your head Still remain unsaid Open you eyes Inflatable girl Lose the disguise Release me from your spell Heaven is inside you Heaven when I ride you Heaven do you want me Is heaven just in my mind? Heaven is inside you Heaven when I ride you Heaven do you want me Is heaven just in my mind?
if I could define this album to a genre, it would be a horror, in a good way. This album always used it's music to a wonderful effect, and compounded with its album art, it kinda makes sense. It's a beautifully unsettling concept, and I love it for it. It certainly is not an idea you see used by most artists. it honestly uses music much the same way a horror movie, book, or game treats horror in their own respects, by just feeling slightly off, mysterious, or uncanny without be tasteless.
"Heaven Is inside you Heaven When I ride you Heaven Do you want me? Is heaven just in my mind?" This song i feel embodies feelings of indulgence, and losing your sense of morality. Sex, drugs, depression, moving slowly through life, drug down by your own mistakes and uncertainty in the life youve lived.
So melancholy and bittersweet romantic... Mystical, medieval, dark yet so beautiful. I am in love! Ppl who listen to music like this have a great personality! You all are romantic, poetic, deep souls and that's schmexy!!!
It’s been maybe a little bit over 10 years since I first discovered this song. I keep coming back to it throughout the years. It has this feeling of longing, desire and dreamy fantasy that’s hard to come by with other songs.
Same here man, it's like it has followed me for all my life. Since the first time I've heard it (more than ten years ago), I've kept thinking about it. So listening to it feels like home now.

It’s such a weird feeling when I found this song in 2013 at the same period of time when my friend died and from then on it always reminds me of that bad time, even though I like this song so much
Heard this song one time on the radio in the gym, it stuck in my head for over a week, cann't get it out of my mind, I was searching for it all the time, I finally found it in the archive of the radio station "nova radio".
This song puts me in a different state of mind. I literally zone-out listening to it... And I get these sad images, like a celebration of life and then death. It's fuckin weird... But I honestly love it. XD
Whoa... mind blown. I'm a hip-hop head, 98% of my playlist is classic and hardcore rap. So underground that you gotta dig with a shovel. I also liked some of Yelawolfs songs and after like 10 years, remembered his stuff. Started checking out samples and found this. This is golden
+Paul Sellier Il y en avait des super cool, allez checker Oue Dance de Wax Tailor (c'était Baten Kaitos si jme rappelle bien) et Too Young de Phoenix (Kingdom Hearts 2)
Heard this while binge watching Numbers n i absolutely fell in love with it..im so glad i dont limit myself to just one type of music genre..this is a nice song
Holy fuck. I haven't thought about or heard this song since... 2007-2008? When I was in high school. Went through that whole "I love all the weird music" thing. I genuinely love this one, though. I'm so glad I randomly thought about it and found it again. It's still as beautiful as I remember ❤
Brandon Martin The AMAZING show on FX called “LEGION!!” ... David and Syd... I’ve never heard this song before, but was led to iMonster because of looking for the song “Daydream” used in Season 3 Episode 4, and I found this album (After reading the lyrics for all the songs in the NeveroddoreveN album, I’m having a suspicion that the story arc for David and Syd might be connected to the entire album...). Just like season 1 where Noah Hawley used a Pink Floyd album for his inspiration. Best show ever!! But maybe I’m getting way too into it... it’s like a delicious mystery that’s driving me into madness. Anyone else??
I look at you, and before my eyes it's true That the girl of my dreams, is not quite what she seems? Open your door, turn on the light Show me some more, tell me it's alright Heaven is inside you Heaven when I ride you Heaven, do you want me? Is Hell just in my mind? I look at you at everything you do The words in your hand still remain unsaid Open my eyes, inflatable girl Lose the disguise, release me from your spell Heaven is inside you Heaven when I ride you Heaven, do you want me? Is Hell just in my mind? Heaven is inside you Heaven when I ride you Heaven, do you want me? Is Hell just in my mind?
Imagine you have wings and you're flying over a lush green silent jungle with a translucent sheet of mist over it. You enter a train tunnel while flying and come out of it as soon as she says heaven. All you can see is the pristine jungle and you thank god for keeping it hidden from humans.
I haven’t heard this band since MySpace was still a thing. Holy. Heck. A RU-vid short let me find them again. I’m sobbing at 12 am hearing this song again for the first time in so long I missed it I am so happy.
