Exactly my thoughts. I've seen a lot of human blood that is dried up, and it almost turns a brownish/black colour. Especially on a hard surface like concrete or tile. That was clearly paint or something put there to scare people. And even if it wasn't old, you can clearly see that it is dry and not liquid

​@sockshandle power of suggestion to tell them to turn over when they're still asleep? The brain still acknowledges some things that are happening even while sleeping. Maybe they did hear some version of the sound and out of instinct they rolled over as a way to feel safer. I know there was multiple times growing up that I rolled onto my other side or stomach, head turned away from the door to feign being asleep if I heard my parents. It made me feel safer somehow. Doing this would minimize their realization I was still awake way past my bedtime if they checked on me.

Dan Bell has explored some pretty fucked up places over the years like there was an abandoned apartment building that not only had drugs, but there was literally a pile of severed body parts decomposing and another time he explored an abandoned bowling alley where the power was still on like the ceiling fans were still going, and there were black lights on the place is glowing it was so creepy and behind the bowling alley there were homeless people and junkies that were living in the woods and they ended up chasing him and his partner off the property but eventually, two years later that bowling alley was set fire to and completely burned to the ground

Story 7:23 was definitely fake he took advantage of the camera angle when he was In the bathroom so that someone could sneak around him and not be on camera. Any normal person would get like 80% of the bathroom if not all in one shot. He was clearly trying to hide something. if you look closely, and it's really blurry, there is, under the door frame, a small section of what can be extrapolated as a figure looking up at the camera, but due to it being so blurry and small, it's not all that spooky. still, it doesn't seem to appear after he moves his hand away

Notice when he goes into the bathroom to "investigate" he seems determined to make sure the camera never points to the ground where said person could easily slip by. Ethan Avery I have only gone urban exploring once with 2 of my friends and my boyfriend. They have done things like that a lot before, but I was creeped and fascinated. It was an old hospital that had burned down like 30 years ago or something. Reduced to rubble mostly. Majority of what stood were 2 staircases on opposite ends of the “building”. Everything in between was a pill of bricks at the bottom. But some other parts were still up. Everything seemed okay cause it was daylight and you always felt you were outside with the missing walls and windows. But we found a basement like area with small connecting rooms and a skinny hallway. As I was looking in one of the rooms I had lost the others. It was like a maze down there. I felt panicked and called out “Marco!” (Always how we tracked each other when separated in a store or something) And dashed through the connected rooms towards their voices. Some areas were so dark I needed my flashlight but I just ran for the light. I was paranoid, so I was hearing and seeing things. Like when you turn a light off at home and run to your room and you feel like a presence is on your heels. I felt like there was something chasing me in every room, like someone was breathing down my neck. I don’t believe in ghosts though I found myself alone twice. The others went to a new area that was hidden from so many trees growing out of it (looked like it was just apart of the forest, but we saw the bricked walls making a border from an upstairs window). I was on the second story while there were outside. They had jumped from a high beam into the area, so I was looking for an easier way. It was a large open room and I got distracted reading a message on the walls. It was beautiful actually. It helped calm my nerves for a bit until so remembered I was alone in a destroyed building where hundreds have probably died and I was on squishy floor. I found a well hidden hole behind some rubble that brought me to the others. From there we saw there was yet another basement below what we thought was the basement. It was pitch black in there and seemed this side was the only opening. It was flooded in probably knee deep water so we avoided it. I’m easily spooked though, my mind was thinking about all the monsters that were probably waiting for us to go in. My boyfriend had accidentally hurt himself; cut his hand on a sharp piece of tin. He was dripping blood everywhere and apparently no one brought a first aid kit lol luckily I’m a girl who always has a small purse. I washed it with water, put my Vaseline chapstick on it to protect it from dirt, then took a panty liner and wrapped it as a makeshift bandaid lol Held up until we got to a gas station for real medical supplies Never doing that again, I’m too jumpy lol

@@ethanavery477 lol It was a surreal experience. Not sure how I wasn't caught. My biggest fear was waking up with police there. Glad I got the fuck out. It was kind of creepy at night with weird sounds and creaks but I'm not the type to get paranoid. One night some random person started coming through front door but was scared off when they heard me. Another time, during the day, a masked dude walked in and used power tools to remove part of the heating system and other things. I was in the next room and kept quiet as hell. I believe he was part of who broke open the building in the first place. last time I was there, I was finally found out but ran out the front door while the guys that spotted me came through the back. Wish I would have filmed the whole experience. Was homeless at the time and it was close to my job that's why I started staying there. Better than paying a bunch of money for an extended stay hotel

@Tech Guru413 same. I can't believe it myself. It was in between a few other restaurants and across the street was gas station and mall further down. So there was low to average traffic around the area. I was stealthy and sneaky when I left and came back, though .It is pretty mind-blowing that I was able to live there that long. Good thing about it was that the electricity and heat were on the whole time I was there. Kitchen /dishwashing area was lit but main seating /dining area with booths for seating , where I mostly stayed, the ceiling lights were off so only light coming through that main section was tiny amount from kitchen then from the front door entrance which was glass and the windows in dining area which were covered by blinds. It was strange how the owners abandoned the restaurant but the electricity and heat still worked. It was an interesting situation. The craziest thing is that a few times I went to the backdoor to leave only to look through window and see a police car parked by the large gate. Apparently they used the empty parking lot as a spot to watch for speeders/rest while doing whatever it is they do. Unbeknownst to them there was a tresspasser in the building they were feet away from 😝...someone was looking over me for me to not have been caught all that time.
