Excellent video. Is nice to see a comparison between the wagyu black and the angus black side by side. Can very easily see the differences between them in such a comparison.

All of this looks like very good, maybe someday i can try a trully Japanese yakiniku, because i am a big meat lover. I hope that one day you can try a Brazilian barbecue, you will be amazed about the diversity of meats that we have.

Your Australian steak is only chewy because you overcooked it. Medium rare or rare would melt in your mouth.

It is a combination of grated radish and ponzu (soy sauce and vinegar), and the slightly spicy taste of radish and the sweet and sour taste of ponzu sauce combine for a very refreshing taste! ! It's hard to describe, but...🥹It's often used not only for steak, but also for grilled fish and hamburgers!
