@jimmyzhao2673 I think there's a connection to the arian drug cartel. The parents of some of the victims had drug charges that are connected to the arian cartel. If you dig into that, the connection is there. People are scared to address it, I've started a faceless channel and made a video about it to protect myself. It needs to be said, things are being missed.
This is why you should not be legally allowed to name a suspect until they are on trial, unless it is needed to prevent further loss of life. The possibilities are slim but what if he is innocent... his life is already ruined...
Oh he’ll sue the pants off of them! I still don’t think he’s guilty … just saying … too many drug dealers behind the scenes that are trying to cover things up The ‘state’ have some dodgy people. Also those on the bench & prosecution a pare of parents etc…
Relocating to another city for 3 months is absolutely inconvenient and difficult for the victims' families. But it would also be inconvenient and difficult to have to go through one trial, get a verdict, and then have that verdict overturned due to juror bias and have to go through ANOTHER trial because of it. A fair trial is the best outcome for everyone.
The judge literally said there is NO evidence that Bryan stalked any of the victims. I listened to him say it in open court. So I don't know why this is still being discussed like it's unknown.
I agree. A lot of people can’t put their preconceived notions aside. Everyone should go into a trial thinking (or at least have the ability to be impartial) and let the prosecution prove the guilt.
I mean.. just by looking at how people in general judge others when it comes to drugs addicts for example, it must be pretty damn hard to find unbiased jurors. Some people might even find him guilty based on his prior addiction struggles with heroin. I am certain that this man will not get a fair trial. It’s almost impossible these days unless there is slam dunk proof.
I don’t have enough info to take an educated guess myself, really, only the knife sheat being the hard evidence makes this a hard one. He’s an odd dude, and that makes a lot of people susceptible to find him guilty as well. Anyone that’s not your typical dude has a hard time in court, and it’s not fair.. but it’s the only system we have right now.

We’re not gonna get anything in this case because there’s a gag order and a lot of the phone calls that we get are cases that happened in Florida where they let everything out even prior to trial.
@@marias3619 Idaho doesn't release anything unless it's brought out in trial. Several people have tried to get all the hail calls for the Vallow/Daybell case (also Idaho) and have all been told no. Even after the trial

He is entitled to a fair trial. I am looking forward to watching how this plays out. This case is so complex. I want to see the evidence which will tell us what we need to know. I have a feeling that his attorney has something thats going to cause reasonable doubt he is not the murderer…
@@paige2337that doesn’t make him guilty. It was also stated he has trouble sleeping so takes drives at night. That is not uncommon and does not make him guilty.
Q: Did Kohberger know or stalk his (sic) victims? A: Prosecutor Bill Thompson said in court that there is no evidence that Kohberger stalked any of the victims.

There is cyber evidence he was following both girls on social media but got no reply to his messages & his car & phone were in that vicinity a lot months prior. Sounds like stalking to me!!
@@CherylLowman You're not watching and listening to the Court hearings. The Prosecuting Attorney has walked all that back, saying that Bryan was never reported to be at the house or near the house. He was simply "within range of the cell tower servicing the house," a tower which has a 10 - 20 mile radius.
if they “firmly” believe he’s innocent, wouldn’t they want to speed this up a bit? because the real killer is still in their community? for YEARS? if they feel they have all this time on their hands i think they know he was involved- maybe innocent of murder but involved. they know enough not to have a fire under their pants that a mass murderer is on the loose
Well tbf a lot of people do think the real murder is dead already, someone with severe ptsd who was shot by police in a standoff for trying to kill his roommates. But I don’t think they ever found anything linking him to the crime.
There’s no way the jury will be impartial in the city where the crime occurred. It’s a heinous crime and should be tried elsewhere so he can’t get another trial later on. You have to do it properly when the stakes are this high.
Guess Bryan doesn’t have a chance in Boise. What a shame mate sure you invested Dylan Madison and the police. I really believe that the police hid a lot of evidence
More time for both prosecutor and defense to prepare. Would you want your defense team rushed to scrape together their arguments if it means possible death sentence?
Yes, I think, too, if he had a real alibi he'd be out by now. Obviously he has a legal right to do this, and a right to a fair trial, but I think we really overthink this process and unnecessarily drag it out with this argument about the defendant's rights.

I don’t believe he randomly picked this house and went right to Maddie’s bedroom on the top floor by happenstance..I think Maddie came on his radar somehow and he became obsessed with her..
He picked this house even though 6 people and a dog were in the house at the time. And he only had a knife to take on six people and the dog.🙄🙄🤔🤔🤷♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Change the venue. Evidence and common sense will speak for itself and the jury will be smart enough to make the right decision no matter where it is. If he and his lawyer don't want to chance the death penalty, he should take a plea and deal with a life sentence if the families agree with that. Also if you don't want people to be biased, stop canvasing them this far in advance on whether or not they know about the case. This will only trigger them to look it up and potentially become biased!
It’s the judge…he won’t make decisions on important issues without 10 hearings about it. It’s so frustrating that both sides have straight up told the judge that he needs to rule on issues to move forward.
I’d rather they take their time than rushing things, this case has so many moving parts that it’s not a slam dunk. They really want to get him, and ir’s obvious that they’re grasping at straws. He fits the “description”, but we can’t judge people on that alone, especially when DNA is so easily spread.
I don't think the case should be moved, jurors are sensible, evidence is evidence, should BK be guilty, a plea deal is another matter if he is guilty . . .
They have more rights becuase they are not criminals yet, there has been many cases of people wrongly convicted in history. Not saying this applies to this case or not but the laws given are to protect the possibility that we might have it wrong!
Touch DNA and his wasn't the only DNA on the knife sheath. If you knew all of the actual info I believe you may change your mind. I honestly believe they got the wrong guy and rushed this case to try and it done and out of the way.

I know everybody deserves a fair trial. But I think sometimes when it comes to attorneys, it’s about winning not about what’s fair. It’s putting another notch their belt.
what are you guys talking about? of COURSE its about winning. Would you want anything less if you were the defendant?? its their JOB. Would you prefer they do a less than great job and he gets a mistrial?
Great questions Brian, all the ones I would have wanted to ask. It does seem like the defendant's rights are more considered than the victims during this stage.
The knife sheath is too damning. I believe he is guilty however I think the defense strategy is just to get him life. No way they even believe he is not guilty
Kill someone, and drop someone else's item with their DNA and the other person gets framed? That would be too easy to frame people. They need to demonstrate a full case to prosecute. But if the trial is in that small town all of the jurors are going to be biased against him.
@CherylLowman the dna found is important, but we all leave touch DNA everywhere, and we transfer others DNA everywhere by touching. That alone wouldn't be enough for me to convict.
You couldn't move it far enough from the county to get a fairer trial. Everybody in The Pacific Northwest has heard about it and we all feel strongly about it one way or another.
Excuse me, Mr. Entin, but our right to a fair trial and all the rights that go into assuring a fair trial are VITAL. The police don't always get it right; they often don't seem to care, even when they've demonstrably gotten it wrong. (I'm looking forward to seeing the evidence in this trial, and I don't have an opinion on Kohberger's guilt or innocence beyond his innocence until proven guilty.) If the police arrested someone you love for a serious crime, I'm sure you'd want them and other representatives of the state/justice system to follow all those silly rights for defendants. (The victims' families should also want a prosecution done correctly to ensure a conviction that stands. Not to mention that the same rights that protect the defendant protect them, too.)
Change or not a huge amount of people have heard about the case. You might find more open minded individuals vs in Moscow. But a lot of people across the country are very aware of this case and have made up their minds.
No its not common. These two lawyers put their careers on the line by believing so much and believing in his innocence. That says something. This young man is innocent and this town knows the truth. These 4 victims are not getting justice with the wrong man and the crime scene tour down.
Its also not fair to an innocent until PROVEN guilty defendant ...Imagine being INNOCENT and sitting in jail this long. I believe ...with my criminal justice and criminology degrees.. AND years working at the DA's office, that he is INNOCENT..at least with what we have seen so far.....stop it
You know people don't actually have the option to leave jail when they've been arrested and are waiting for a trial over DP offences by claiming they're innocent, right?
I don't think Bryan has any interest in a plea deal. He surely wants to win at trial. He is kind of playing a game, and thinks and wants to win the game.
The University of Idaho was wrong to demolish the house at 1122 King Road, where the crime occurred. While their stated reasoning was to help the community heal, respect the victims and their families, and prevent the site from becoming a target for unwanted attention, the demolition was done against the wishes of the victims' families, which was selfish and likely compromised the case. The jury should have had the opportunity to walk the crime scene to better understand how the crime may have occurred in light of the evidence presented. Now, that crucial opportunity is lost. I believe this decision was made to protect the university, as I suspect the university and local law enforcement might be implicated in the crime, possibly due to drug-related activities. In small towns, shady things often happen behind closed doors, and I think something is being covered up. I also doubt that Kohberger acted alone.
I too feel bk isn’t the suspect he’s merely a scapegoat/patsy. Conveniently supplied by a known source to the truth. Why would the police/home owners and original owners/college personnel/fraternity/sorority/neighbors/dealers/state and numerous others not be heavily investigated??? Why?? A HUGE COVERUP FOR SURE! Will The REAL TRUTH BE REVEALED TO ALL OR ONLY THE FEW THAT WERE INVOLVED?!😮
Doesn’t matter if it’s moved, this case & details went national! It would only be a burden to the families to attend. Defense is only grandstanding as I’m sure prosecution has more evidence on this guy whose own family doesn’t even support him!! He comes off as a stone cold killer who thinks he was smart enough to get away with this.
Defense lawyers do not define “innocent” the way other people define “innocent.” Defense lawyers define “innocent” to mean “not found guilty in a court of law.” She won’t say that he didn’t kill anyone.
Defence lawyers differentiate between not guilty and innocent all the time. Not guilty is when the case can't be proven, innocent means they believe he didn't do it.
That's why I think they know he's guilty. If the defense truly believed he was not guilty, they should be reminding everyone that there's a mass murderer running around Idaho. Given how hysterical the campus was until he was caught, the defense should be trumpeting this every second he's in prison. But they're not. Because they know there's no one else.
@@TN-rf7ntNope I don’t believe that. Due to the media attention/complexity, he was never going to get bail. The defence is picking their arguments that’s all and there’s not a chance with that one.

I’m from Mexico 🇲🇽 and I think media has definitely played a role in prejudging and condemning this guy… this case got me into true crime channels bc mainstream media and other big u2b channels got this all biased and twisted.
The sheath with his dna found in the crime scene if knowing he had any opportunities to have been in the house is an unthinkable because nowhere the his dna could have been there acidentally
I dont know who all pay close attention to this case but the more the case goes on and the more I learn this young man is totally innocent and it seems like Moscow and the victims families are aware he is innocent and know what really happened but need to have this innocent young man go through this. This case makes me angry the more I learn. I hope when he is free finally that he sues alot of people including some people in the mainstream media. How are they getting justice for the 4 victims I cant stomach the fact they are aware they have the wrong man and have torn down the crime scene. Make it make sense.
@@ellenhood1356I dont want to be mean but I have carpal tunnel and I will be typing for days about what has been going on in this case. Weird unthinkable things. They just announced yesturday that law inforcement is reinvestigating the case and Bill Thompson the prosecutor has been sitting in the last 3 court settings like he is in shock. He didnt even cross examine the wittness Sy Ray who is a genius in cell phone data and has worked for prosecutors for 25 yrs and is on defence side this time because his works shows Bryan and his car wasnt at the crime scene. His phone wasnt off like they lied about either. There was supposebly a sting ray because of other investigating FBI was doing to catch drug deals. Thats why Kaylee and Maddie couldnt get ahold of Jack, Kaylees call to 911 didnt go through and here computer and the University computors went haywire. The lead detective got caught lieing on the stand but didnt get in trouble but they did say the PCA was irrelevant. The DNA on knife sheath was just touch now they say so that doesnt put him at the scene. He had no connection, he didnt stock them and he no DNA in his car, office, apartment. This was already stated in court. This doesnt look like its going to make it to trial but this mainstream media is still talking about change in venue. The fact he is still locked up makes ne seriously believe Bryan is actually working for the detectives. He did get a degree in it, was teaching it and put in his resume right before the crime. He looks goid and confident for someone sitting in jail falsely accused. I think this is a set up to get the real perps. Think about it. He doesnt know anyone out there cause he moved from Pennsylvania to There for his PHD and to teach in exactly what they need to catch the killers.
I think that anyone who is excessively opinionated (social media), especially those with a staunch political bias, should be automatically disqualified from jury duty.
did you know two of the girls had their parents snitch on the drug trade when they got arrested? Xana's mother and Maddie's stepmother snitched on the Aryan Brotherhood recently before the murders. Tyson Farley (absconded from furlough at the time) and Tanya Rhoads were likely there that night (both AB members). there is audio from Linda Lane where someone is calling out to Farley over and over "Farley! Farley! I see you Farley!" as he seemed to try hiding. he was a drug dealer in the area, so he was well known. Dylan's boyfriend's father also a AB member, so that explains why the two were left safe
I'm not sure why you think a "small" population is such a big deal. The guy isn't from here. It's not like he grew up in our community and we have a whole lifetime of experience with him and his family. For the record we don't consider this area to be "small." Look around at the populations of the towns in the surrounding area and you'll see what I mean. Then consider the fact that the Quad-cities all live, work, shop, play, etc interchangeably and you'll have a better idea of how our population really is. Granted, we can't even begin to compare with huge cities, but sometimes I think people living in ginormous cities are just completely out of touch with how the rest of us live in the US. This is just normal for us. We don't need millions of people in order to not be considered small, yea, TOO small to go about our business. The idea that he absolutely can't get a fair trial here is rediculous. I haven't even heard about his case for a while now and I LIVE HERE! I would say this is more about the defense's preference to get a trial in an area far more likely to acquit or deliver a slap on the wrist than it is about a biased jury pool.
I disagree, it’s not due to population size, in this case it’s about impact. There’s no denying that when you live in that area (or live near) where a heinous crime is committed then it is more talked about. That’s human nature. Look at Karen Read and Canton for example. Obviously at the moment it is less talked about because at the point that it is in the trial.
@@michaelpower4372 Please explain where I showed bias one way or the other regarding the defendant, unless you're saying jurors cannot have an opinion about ANYTHING at all. The only bias that matters to his case would be for or against his guilt, not what constitutes a small town and what doesn't and so forth.
BT said, at the hearing, that all the evidence was turned AT. But there was nothing really turned over. 15 orders to compel and nothing was turned over.
