This reminds me of language learning. I've heard, "You don't need to study grammar, just keep immersing and you'll get it.". Well maybe, but sometimes I ran across a concept, I know I'm not getting it. Those were the times I went and asked/researched that concept and got an explanation. You have no idea how long I struggled with certain words, ask my wife, and she says "Oh that? That's just a filler word." So I was stuck on "Uh...so...well..."
Feynman rtechnique is not very effective..could you use Feynman technique, Scott, to explain to me General theory of relativity like you would to a 10-yr old? Try that..its easy to say, but hard and impractical
