Bedankt, meestal koop ik de designs via Etsy. Zeker gezien de beperkte tijd welke ik heb, is dat voor mij wel een uitkomst. Bovendien help ik daarmee ook andere mensen weer die er tijd in hebben gestoken. Links plaatst ik altijd in de beschrijving van de video.
Just bought these files and gonna cut them in the next few days...Fabulous video, and love how you kept the pieces in the wood to paint them do gonna try your method to see if it's better for me...thank you
Did not specifically thin the paint, but I did only use only one coat of paint and applied pretty lightly. I also used a metal scriber to remove any paint that got into the engravings. Thinning the paint using water could also be a good option I think. Thanks for watching.
Hi, thanks for watching. If I would do a quick breakdown, Plywood cost around €8,00 in total. Paint around €1,50 based on what I used for this build. Glue, let's say €0,50 3 hours of cutting, painting and gluing. Cost of power and wear on the machine. What to sell them for, I think this differs based on where you live, but let's just say €10,- to €15,- for each single figure. And then make the price little bit lower if you would buy the whole set at once. So one figure would approx. bare the total cost of all five. But I guess not everybody would agree with my pricing 😉
