For an only 8 minute video, yours is one of the best I've seen! No one else has really talked about ways to fit in with the culture as you have. Your five lessons make so much sense, and you have truly embraced the Italian culture. I'm sure people there just adore you! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks so much for your feedback, Annmarie! Italy is such a beautiful country with great people, and I am pleased that you enjoyed my video. Thanks for watching! 🥰
Many young people in Italy still live with their parents because they can't afford a house of their own it's not a cultural thing it's a matter of lack of money.
Thanks for your comment, it may not be part of the culture as you mentioned, however it was still very interesting to observe. Im my own country (developing nation), grown children still live in the parents’ house as it makes more sense financially so I understand about Italy. Still, it was interesting from a cultural standpoint as in other parts of the world, money or not, people would rather stay on someone’s couch or crash in some basement than live with their parents.
Your video makes me think of the movie easy, pray and love. That movie made me fall in love with Italy and now your video does to. I will definitely visit Florence and I love buying and cooking in this way as well. Also la passeggiata is a very good thing, I’m now thinking of having a passegiata after work. Another content that I love 🧡✨
So glad you were able to feel like you travelled to Italy with me and that you’re already taking parts of the beautiful Italian culture in your day. Enjoy your passegiatta 😊
We started our nomadic journey last year 😊. We are enjoying this life so far even though it’s been a little challenging during the pandemic. But we are just taking it one day at a time. Florence has been our fave thus far!
This is so amazing to know that you started your journey! So true, it's trickier now with the pandemic, but many DNs are still travelling and in fact there are even more possibilities for nomads now as there are regulations in place and long term visas which weren't available before :)
Would love to make more videos about Italy - this is such a great suggestion about cost of living. Will definitely make one soon, stay tuned and make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.
