BUM BAG! So juuuuust when I was working up the nerve to drop ridiculous money in the bum bag, it was discontinued. I just caved and purchased my first DUPE. I spent $220 and it’s a pretty solid dupe. I have mixed feelings entering the dupe world. It’s still more than I’ve ever spent on any of my belt bags and had wanted it for traveling but since we tend to go on tropical vacays I knew I’d want a MWT version (more $$$!) at least this way IDC if it get jacked up with water spots 🤷🏻‍♀️

My first LV was the mini looping! A dear friend gave it to me as a souvenir from her trip to France! I was so afraid to carry it She was like a 2nd mom to me and passed away a few years ago. I will never part with that bag! I wish they would bring back an updated version, too! ❤

My musings….Feeling the nostalgia of what I view as peak LV seeing all of these. I feel like as im a similar age to you these bags were when our passion was possibly at its height, which May skew our view about what we think their market would want now 😂. I could be totally wrong, and MJs time with the brand was totally iconic and it is when I was most excited by the brand also…but is reinventing these bags just wishing we could go back in time to when it was more special and it felt different? I don’t know if we can ever recreate just how special those times were, when it’s so mass produced now. I could be wrong, but I miss those times! X

2nd!! YESSS WE NEED THE MULTICOLOR LINE BACK!!! Cuz chile with that stupid Kusama dots and that stupid giant pochette cles XL LOL, they just be slapping anything and everything with the LV branding🤣. But Totally agree!!! I need the multicolor pochette in the new model with the longer strap!! OR IMAGINE A NEVERFULL, Onthego, sacplat, alma bb, diane, pochette metis, palm springs backpack, nano noe, nano speedy, speedy 20, mini pochette IN MULTICOLOR!!! (even though there is kind of a smaller rare bucket puchette in multicolor that came with the multicolor bucket bag)

This is such a great idea! You should make this a tag video, then maybe LV will listen 😁. I can imagine the speedy monogram w/ reverse monogram on the outside pocket with black leather trimmings and all those shiny gold hardware preferably in size 25 😍. I would also love the old denim material with those chunky gold hardware. Imagine that soft real denim nano speedy or speedy 20 with that gorgeous vachetta leather detachable strap. I would love that in different denim colors and matching color microfiber lining 😍. I’m so jealous of your mini pleaty pink denim bag! One that is in excellent condition is so expensive in the preloved market. I would also love that denim in a keepall xs with pockets outside and gold hardware pocket closures just like the denim neo speedy!

I have Speedy’s more sophisticated cousin the Turenne. A fantastic bag with a little bit bigger top handle than the Speedy and so much better. Oh my goodness! You brought back memories! I had the Tivoli GM and sold it about a year ago. Wish I had it back! Would most definitely purchase it if they reintroduced that bag! Also, had the Trevi GM and sold it some years ago. Went through a period of getting rid of bag not being used. Now I’m a collector and wish I had those back. Just purchased the original Ellipse MM from the preloved market. It came yesterday and is in immaculate condition! Love it!

I have the Game On white Multicolor Neverfull. I think it came out in 2021. I have never used it. I actually forgot it was in the closet. I am definitely going to take it on vacation with me. I forgot how beautiful the bag was.

I love my mini looping. It went into storage for several years, but she’s back out, and I am so glad I didn’t sell or give her away. With jeans or a dress, this bag works. The shoulder handles are rolled, with the stitching on top, so I’ve always found her to be comfortable. 💕

It flops upside down when you wear it crossbody. I decided to pass. The alma bb in black with silver Hardware is so much better. It's the next one I want as a day to night option.

Yes I totally agree on the Germaine! I just bought a beautiful Pre-loved red Saint Sulpice BB because I love that it’s structured and I love the stripe down the middle. I think it gives it so much character. I’m a little strange because I don’t love the original monogram, but I do love the monogram in the Empreinte leather or maybe I just love a more monochromatic look with the monogram, haha! I think those styles would be big sellers if they brought them back for sure, they are pretty classic. Good thing about preloved is I got it at an incredible deal, so yay!

Hi Minnie ! I just sold my Galleria Damier Azur last year. Great bag but wasn’t using it so unfortunately passed it along. I still have my Tivoli. I literally COVETED this bag back in the day. I tried to sell it but have not had interest. The loop bag I would go for. I had that Trevi and sold it in excellent condition and loved that bag but again sold because I wasn’t using it. The Multicolor is the holy grail. I still have the Alma Noir multicolor and the canvas is perfect. I will never let this one go. I bought it back in the beginning of multicolor. All in all agree with you. Bring these baby’s back and if they brought back Multicolor 🤯 I am always looking for preloved but will return if it doesn’t make me smile so the Original Alma and a Key pouch is not leaving me. ❤️ thanks for sharing ❤

I don’t think you’re crazy at all! I am very new to the LV rabbit hole, but I love all the styles you showed and would be most interested in them. I also love the look of the Totally bag. I think that’s what it’s called. It’s a largish bag with side pockets. Not sure if it had the option of being a crossbody, but I’m a fan of that way of carrying a bag. I recently bought a preloved Reporter style bag in the monogram and I really like it. It has two separate zipped sections and a back slide in pocket. Very easy to carry.

I own the mini looping, I have a soft spot for it and pull it out once or twice a year. It’s held up beautifully all these years. It was my first luxury bag gifted to me by my boyfriend (now husband) in 2004. If they revamped it I’d totally buy it.

Hi MinnieI i’ve always loved earlier and vintage LV designs. Iwould love a Tivoli in a BB size. I love the looping!!! I have 2. I needed a backup just in case something happened to my everyday looping. It was LV’s answer to the Prada re edition i think. It was nice and it had enough space for stuff. And that murakami speedy, i saved up for. The multicolor 30 and the double pocket 40. I am obsessed til now. I am currently on the hunt for the black versions. What a great topic Minnie!!! Xo’s
