Please try to avoid sugar if possible. (It's not healthy). I generally make gilo roti without Salt and sugar but give my 3.5 yrs old girl a spoon of honey. She eats roti dipping into honey. She eats it mostly in breakfast. As Your Mum says guliyoko Bani bachalai naparnu dherai ramro.
