If you like TV shows and movies about “time travel”, then you should like the Bible. The Bible takes us back in time and into the future as well. It’s about both history and prophecy. Isaiah concludes his book by giving us a glimpse into the future-to a time even beyond our own day. He takes us to a time when all people will live in peace; a time when even the animal kingdom will be tame; a time when joy and laughter will fill the streets instead of weeping and crying; a time when people will live long lives, and there will be blessing and prosperity. Isaiah writes about the time known as “The Millennial Reign of Christ” when Jesus returns to earth and rules and reigns from Jerusalem for 1000 years. Pastor Gary describes what life will look like in the Millennial Kingdom in today’s study from Isaiah 65-66.

Just seeing the stats of this video versus the other videos in this series makes me believe that 1/3 of the views came from non-believers who were forwarded this video by a friend believer😅

This is after the Christians stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ (not for condemnation but for rewards) and those rewards will apply during the Millenium. (Is this correct?)

From my understanding, and I need to re-read revelation, the people martyred for Christ will be rewarded in the 1000 year reign with the opportunity to rule with Jesus. The rewards are eternal without a time limit.

I was curious. How do we appreciate the future Kingdom and learn from our mistakes in this Sin world if we will have no memory of this world? I'm not worried about it I'm not going to be like Lot's wife but wisdom comes from suffering. Just curious. I'm sure God's plan is perfect it always is.

The church age has passed because they've been raptured... during the millennium all those in heaven will return with Jesus Christ to set up the Millennium where those who remained alive believing Jews and Gentiles will enter alive into the Millennium. The Jewish will be renewed by Moses and Elijah to spreading the gospel during the 7 Year Tribulation.

Why will there be death during the Millennium? Isn't death because of sin? When Satan and his demons are bound, how could there be sin and death? This confuses me.

It isn't mentioned in the Bible. Pastor just gave an example of how life span is longer in mullinuem 😊

I've never heard of this time period called the Millennium explained in this way. Once Christ returns, that will be judgement day, and God's chosen children will enter heaven with him, along with those already passed. Satan, his followers, and those that rejected God will be cast into hell. This sermon makes it sound like we'll continue living on this earth, but it will be like experiencing our best day ever, but for 1000 years. Sure it sounds good, but it's no comparison to the promises of eternal glory when Christ rerurns. While interesting, I'm confused by this teaching as well.

John 14:2-3 (FSB): There is room for many people in God’s kingdom and His heavenly abode, where those who accept Jesus dwell eternally. Here, Jesus is likely drawing on imagery of God’s people dwelling in the wilderness in His presence, after the exodus from Egypt (Exod 19:2). John 14:6 alludes to Jesus as the fulfillment of God dwelling among His people. Israelite Festivals Table 14:3 Jesus is describing an event that will occur after His ascension to God’s heavenly abode (v. 2). Consequently, this refers to His return to earth, not His resurrection. Refers to Jesus’ followers living with Him in God’s heavenly dwelling place. You are an error why did Jesus say I go to prepare a place for you you're saying that there is going to be someplace here on Earth but why would he go and make some place else and say I go to make a place for you? That's because the earth is burned up no one will be here when Jesus Christ returns. He has no need to build us a home here
