Chicken Teriyaki Ala Hokben

Ingredients:
• 200g Chicken Fillet
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 of onion
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 100 ml of water
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 1 tsp Cornstarch
