Thank you for this. I used to be super athletic but over the last year or so I’ve slipped into a depression and lately I have found it difficult to even get out of bed and do things. This has led to me gaining weight and I when I try to force myself to work out I just get discouraged because I can’t perform the way I used to. I saw this video and was able to tell myself it was just five minutes and it’s just stretches. This video is the first thing that has felt manageable in a long time. Thank you so much. Edit: WOW I just want to say I feel so much love and encouragement under this comment. To anyone experiencing something similar, I get it and it SUCKS!!! But I know it can get better, even though it doesn’t look or feel like it right now. 💛💛

look up 'camel pose' for a tutorial. you really should not just bend backwards and grab your feet its a very intense yoga pose and very crazy for your back. start by just placing your hands on your lower back and bend backwards. I was a bit wtf when I saw her doing this in the video, in yoga this is always prefaced with a bunch of warnings and showing modifications... you can hurt yourself, so be careful and enjoy :)
I used to not be able to do it a few months ago but after exercising and stretching nearly every day since then i can proudly do it after months of torturing myself. ✊😔

Wow just 5-mins but this really got me going before my workout! It would be so nice if you could create a warm-up/stretch for back and neck pain. It would so super appreciated and sure alot of people could benefit from this
