Doing this workout :) Day 1: ✅ It burned the tiniest bit for me, but pretty easy. Day 2: ✅ Okay, I'm seeing some results, burned a bit but pretty easy aswell. Day 3: ✅ I did it late at night, just forgot to edit the comment. But i'm seeing some differences 😻 Day 4: ✅ It surprisingly was easier, but it burned a bit, as always. If I tense my muscles I see much improvement 😋 Day 5: ❌ I lost myself, and my motivation. Day 6: ✅ I gained some motivation back to do some of the main workouts, and about 3-4 modified. But I didn't get up out of my bed to check because I'm too lazy 😭 GIRL BYE I DIDNT DO THIS FOR LIKE A WEEK 😟 but im back now so let's get it 😍 Also Im starting over to day 1 😭 Day: 1 ✅ Didn't hurt at all, but I updated this at like 3:40 AM so i ain't getting up to check that mirror, I'm going straight to sleep 🤞🏾 Day 2: ✅ Wasn't really feeling it that day but I did it! I'm going to grow abs on my legs soon i swear to god Day 3: ❌ My stomach was bothering me, but i'll make it up to you! Day 4: ✅ Surprisingly easy, no burning at all, I'm getting used to it. I also did it twice today. Day 5: ✅ I feel like i'm gonna grow abs on my thighs next. But I've been eating like 💩 so once I hit the 7 day mark Ima start this right. (I'm also doing 4 other workouts with this) Day 6: ✅ Still no difference, But i'm still eating like crap so that's probably why, but I didn't feel it that much this time. Like the comment so I can remember 🤞🏾

Edit: I’m also doing one of ur inner thigh workouts as well! Edit 2: OMG!!! these workouts r working so well! I love the results I’m seeing and I will continue do them!!
Doing this workout 2x a day Day 1: felt a burn with some exercises but not with others - might not be doing tcertain ones right now Day2: definitely felt more of a burn but I think that’s cause I didn’t stop while waiting to find out the next excercise - not much happening yet Day 3 - definitely felt a burn in certain excercises more than other but still did it twice Day 4 - only did it once but tbf I was busy in the morning.definitely felt a burn Kinda forgot about it I’m sorry Day 1: felt a burn towards the end not a difference yet Day 2/ felt a burn in parts of it but not orhers
LILLY HAS CHANGED MY BODY FOR THE BETTER🎉 I have always been a gym junkie and I would do at least 60 sit ups & crunches. My abs were so bulky and I looked bloated all the time. LET ME TELL YOU Lillys Pilates and core exercises have transformed my body into a solid, yet FEMININE SHAPE 👏👏👏 I feel so confident and sexy about the health of my abs now. I can see AND FEEL the difference in my entire AB area (front sides, tight lower, 11 lines, and lower belly and hips are feeling solid and I don’t have to suck in 🎉Just from doing her 5 minute videos (sometimes I choose a couple videos per night) but she is amazing; she’s so kind and gives helpful verbal instructions on how the form should be so that you get the most out of your exercise 🙌 I normally don’t comment- but I just had to give Lilly a shout out because I’m 33, but I’m starting to feel in better shape than I was in my 20’s. I’m so glad I gave Pilates a shot! This is where it’s at ladies 🙌 iykyk 😜
the whole alternating straightening leg workout sucks. i’m so focused on trying to get the movement right that my form isn’t even good & i’m not even feeling it how i should😭
I’m to advanced in my fitness journey I’ve been weight lifting for 3 years I repeated this workout 4 times🥹 today in the gym please make some longer videos it was still super fun though and I’m going to start including it at the end of my ab routine
