Good afternoon Fam: YES! Im excited. I'm on this AWS journey since August and your have supercharged my learning. I bow. Don't stop. We need your intelligences, knowledge, and talents.
Hi lucy iam chetan I would get into cloud industry I have basic knowledge of aws and i have completed modules and iam also working some small projects regarding AWS So is it possible to get the jobs as a fresher How do i get the job😅
Lucy, your AWS Cloud projects are a great way to gain hands-on experience. Which project do you believe offers the most practical real-world application for those looking to enhance their AWS skills? Thanks for sharing!
Lucy, you just given step by step process of projects and its very necessary thing for any beginner. as a beginner one may not find good projects to get hands on. you made it so easy . thanks a lot.
Thank you for these! I graduated last year with a degree directly in Cloud Computing, and got my AWS SAA cert soon after last November.... I have been struggling to break into the industry ever since. I can't seem to get a response from any company. Hopefully these change that.
I've gotten my Azure cloud certification but unfortunately could not land a role with it for a year and sadly my certification expired. On the other hand I already have 6 years in the IT industry starting from help desk to sys admin and now of course learning cloud for 2 years now. What you said about creating these projects is 100% true because obtaining the certification can only do so much unless you prove with your own work that you have the knowledge on how to use these cloud technologies and resources. My current strategy and progress is learning the AWS Developer certificate with the intent in creating projects and doing some freelance work instead of taking the test. I think it make sense to do this because I am gaining those valuable skills and as well as proof that I am a valuable asset and can easily understand cloud concepts. So I'm definitely going to try some of these projects once I complete my study course and see what I can come up with! Thanks for the insights Lucy!
Thank you for the projects. The issue I have with Project 3 is that I don't have a Facebook account, and I don't plan to open a Facebook account. Do you have a way to do a similar project without needing a social media account?
You can build a similar project with Slack, instead of Facebook messenger! Here are the instructions: docs.aws.amazon.com/lex/latest/dg/slack-bot-association.html
Thanks for sharing these Lucy! Thinking what projects to start as a beginner is definitely one of the most daunting task to do and you explained them in such an easy to understand way! Also love how you shared how we can list the project on our resume. Awesome video✨
Hello Lucy, thanks for such amazing video! I was wondering how to call the section on my resume where i can typed my projects? Just “Projects” or there’s another name more polite? Thank in advance
Thank you for the video, Lucy. I am planning to do Project 5. What kind of web application and which web stack would you suggest?. Any example or ideas would be great help.
You have great ideas and very good content thanks for sharing! I am currently studying AWS Cloud Practitioner exam CLF-C01/02 and I am having a good time learning it! I have studied A+ and N+ but I don't have any certs in that field.
Being an AWS solution architect myself, I found the lex chatbot project quite interesting. Let me try it out. Thanks Lucy! Started following you recently and having a helluva time. Keep posting such amazing content. I have plans of setting up my own RU-vid channel for a long time but due to lack of confidence and fear of failure I am not getting to it and I was wondering if you would mentor me. 😊
Hello, I am new to the cloud industry. So my question is how do I share the link to my projecta with anyone or to attach it on my resume without getting charge for AWS services if i dont terminate or unsubscribe Could you please assist,
@@MemeMaster_Magic Well it depends on the type of AWS services. If it's serverless services, you won't get charged unless used. For posting something in ur CV, I would recommend a static s3 website or if it's a dynamic web app, then the backend can be lambda connecting to a free tier serverless DB within AWS like DynamoDB. But again, depending on usage it might hit the threshold. A few hits won't cost you much but if it's a million hits, it might breach the threshold. For that, you can set an alert in AWS cost manager on ur threshold budget to get notified. Good luck!
Hi Lucy! Thanks for all of your great videos! I was wondering if you knew of anything that helps you learn AWS (online course ) but you actually have someone to speak and get feedback from? I'm used to a classroom setting for learning things. But that is not really how the computer world is played out so until I get the hang of learning on your own do you have any places I can go to online for that type of class structure? Also, if you know of any people who might teacher or help people out on the side?? Please and thank you!
Hi Lucy...I am following your channel from past few days and it was great as you are sharing informative data😁. Thankyou for your efforts😊 I really need your suggestion as i am greatly confused at this point of time. I have 3.6 years of experience as a SAP consultant and a QA (functional & automation) engineer but i really want to transition my career to cloud engineer. I am not understanding how to start my career bcz they are so many resources and it is confusing me. And i more question is that...if i switch to cloud should I need to start my career from the beginning again? Please help me with the resources for cloud engineer like whom can i follow in udemy or youtube to get a clear picture and knowledge on cloud engineer role? Hope you can help me with your suggestions😁. Thank you in advance🤟🤝
