Yay! I have been waiting 2 years for you to post a new arms workout. I have been doing the previous 3 on repeat for about 3 years (since lockdown). Great to have a new one! I would be so grateful if you would post a new yoga for neck/shoulders/arms. Thank you for your wonderful work.
@@Esh486Definitely. I still like the first one as it’s easy to remember all the movements. I have been doing this everyday for a year in my bathroom (I want ro check my posture in the mirror) in the morning and at night. No more saggy underarms. 💪
I have been a fitness trainer since 1999 but had to give up that work two years ago to become a full time caregiver for a veteran with several issues. This arm workout is AWESOME. thank you for posting. I believe if done three times a week minimum it will be very effective. The pumping action also stimulates the heart muscle and lungs.
I have been doing your three varioua arm exercises everyday, consistently, for one year and I got results until four days ago my arm blew up and the little arm aculpting that your intelligent arms exercises offer along with the smart advixe videos you and Mark offer generously really did help me, I was able to shape and maintain until recenlty and I have done nothing differently. I will keep trying as I beleieve and have seen results from you. Thank you for sharing often and always.
I have been rotating Boho Beautiful arm videos for about a week now. I incorporated this practice in my rotation this morning. Not going to lie, I dropped my arms a few times! I will keep working and feeling the burn!
Love this workout! I ride train and show game horses which means speed events with accuracy. I need strong arms just like I need other parts of my body strong plus I'm 66 years old so I need to keep up my strength this is perfect for that!
This is my first time doing this and I'm so sorry, I just had to take a break every second cause my arms burn 😭. But it feels good in the end. I'm going to keep this routine every day
You got this! I started out having to take breaks, and now do this workout 3+ times a week, many times with 1lb wrist weights without dropping. It takes time but you'll see the results. Its amazing. 😊 Love, a fellow Moa/Army. ❤

Yes!!!!!!!!!! I did this from my bed!!!! I have a good arm workout routine with weights, but I think I'll replace it with this one!!! Juliana knows all the great, simple moves for effective toning. This is one of my new favorites!!!! 😘

Thank you for this. I'm new with yoga. I have an injury in my left upper arm. Yoga is more gentle for me. It did burn however I needed to cut down some of the arm movements. My goal is to give it a go for 42 days. Then go some more 42 days.

In the last 10 seconds of the workout I got the urge to laugh out loud, and it felt so good! Now I’m full of joyful energy and my arms feel like they just came back from a dance party 😄
This workout is so intense. I love it. It kills my shoulders though. But is it because of rounded shoulders from the use of computers and phones? Is this workout targeting that?
