5 Minute Cards - Bubble Wrap Background 

In today's 5 Minute Cards video, I take you back to an oldie but goodie background technique! Using bubble wrap is such a fun way to make a background and depending on the colors you use, it can be soft and subtle or bright and fun. You can also use the bigger type of bubble wrap for things like scrapbook pages and even home decor!
